Hi there! Thank you for keeping this case in the public eye. I’m a Manchester lass and my dad was a journalist who was devoted to the case (he was on the moors with Peter Topping in the 80s). I was a teenager and we went out collecting signatures to keep MH in prison. Mrs Johnson (Keith’s mum) was a lovely lady ❤️🙏🏻RIP. Thank you for the deep dive on this case.
Bless David, his story gives me goosebumps.... brave man ❤ the story of that 10 year old little girl being recorded always really gets to me, her calling for her mum, you imagine your 10 year old self in that position and its so distressing to think about xxx

Moors murders very close to home for me. Grew up in Hyde just after the convictions. The whispers in the family. My dad went to school with Hindley. The scars in the Greater Manchester area took decades to heal if they ever did
Loved this one, I must admit, I’m a bit obsessed with the Moors Murderers, so I do watch everything I can on them. Yea, I felt sorry for David Smith, what he went through just by being associated with them two…. But I do think people forgot that he’s the reason they were caught, god know’s how many more kids would have gone missing 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔thanks for sharing this 😊😊😊xx
I think because the public couldn't get at Ian Brady & Myra Hindley , they had a go at David Smith . Even some of the victims familys , said Smith must of been involved in the killings . He did the decent thing & shopped them, he himself suffered greatly. He was only 17 when the last murder took place . RIP David & all the victims to.
I use to think that up until and meny others did as well it's on utube it's the only footage of it and it's told by 1 of the police constables who were called out that morning it kind of throws a new light on the the case studid this case inside out its on utube if you like to now more let me now mate
Thing is at the tender age of 17 what do you do... I mean, obviously a 17 year old male would have more strength than me at the age, but id have probably done the same as him, what chance do you have up against that, I'd have tried to escape but you'd be terrified they'd come after you xxx
