It looks like "semar mendem" in Indonesia. Glutinous rice filled with cooked meat/ chicken then covered with omelette (very thin one). It serves with sweet sauce like vla. 像台灣的油飯，又像飯糰
不太像，台灣的不會加這種多油，而且 以方便、快速讓顧客帶走，影片中的有些費工，基本上看顧客願不願意等這類費時的餐點。
好不好吃見人見智，小攤生意賺得真是辛苦錢，我給點意見，沒有其他意思，只是覺得這麼做會更好，生活質量總是希望能不斷提升是吧！
1.在煎豆皮的時候，起鍋會直接放在一個塑膠籃子上，建議改成不鏽鋼桶。
2.全程只有捏飯和灑料會直接用手抓，但是手做不到不去接觸其他物品，建議戴一次性手套。
3.如果可以帶上口罩會更好。
中国现在已经无现金了，如果做到卫生，空手还是可以接受的，毕竟寿司也无法戴手套做。另外就是有明火，塑胶手套可能会很危险。
6月回国的时候，看到所有商场小吃的操作人员都带一个透明口罩，看来，卫生还是看租金和位置。老一辈人的生活习惯是改不了了，年轻人改进下。
