@@xfan4328 Write down everything you eat and drink in each place and compare the lists. It would be best to know the ingredients also, especially for the food you eat in 'America I assume'. In China, I imagine that they did not put any chemicals in the food. It is really unlikely in America that you eat chemical free. I would find this information very interesting. It would be very helpful to a lot of people. People criticize Americans for their weight a lot. Maybe you have information that says there is an underlying cause.

这个一看就好吃,很地道货真价实
有幸在武汉吃过几次,真的很好吃,料也足…而且严老幺的就是比较好吃。还有个很奇妙的事…可以看到做这个三鲜豆皮用很多的油,但是出锅的时候油都没了。本来还想油都被吸进去了,那吃起来应该会油腻的但…很奇妙…吃起来一点都不油腻…太厉害了。
我去吃的那几次还只有一个锅,看视频店家也重新装修过,还加开了一个锅。不过生意好还是…供不应求。
重点…一定要很早去否则肯定吃不到

它这个把四边卷起来,一前看着不是这样的。不过这样降低了反面的难度,也不会有人因为分到了边角部分而抱怨。个人认为反面是整个过程里面最难的。另外以前的制作过程里面感觉没有这么重油
我拍的另一家更油,皮吃起來感覺有點像是用炸的那樣
我就住这有店旁边,小时候吃的豆皮确实是没有把四边卷起来的,他家以前配的肉丁丁是牛肉的,现在改成卤肉了,没有以前好吃!
捲邊是傳統做法,整個大塊可以切成大小差不多的小塊,分完後不會有多一塊少一塊的麻煩,以前老通城也是這樣做的,只不過以前都是三小塊,他家是兩大塊,多油是為了起酥皮,只不過太多了,因為材料都已經沒有以前的味道,所以他們家加多了各種材料加重了一點口味,成品味道絕對就是武漢市一流的,燒麥也是一樣,也正是因為這樣,所以才有很多人不惜排隊半個小時甚至一個多小時也要吃到他們家的燒麥和豆皮!

Those are oil burns. I got splashed with some hot oil about a month ago, and the 2 small spots are still red and healing.
