So far, ‘All I Need’ is currently my favourite Air song. I’m intrigued to check out more of their work soon and see if any of their other songs can top that for me!
Personnally I saw them when they go in Paris, even do a little trip just for them. And that's probably the reason why now Moon Safari is a 10 for me and my favorite album of all time. The best parts was mostly La femme d'argent, obviously, but also the part when they finish Moon Safari, I thought that mean it was the end and then decide to play Radian with the drone part when they do a break. I don't see it coming and I love it. Also I agree that they should do at least one track from Pocket Symphonie and/or Love 2 (or even one from Premiers Symptomes)
Went to see them at the Coliseum in London, was so happy to finally see them. I honestly thought they’d broken up and I’d missed the boat seeing them live.
Part of me wishes I lived in a bigger city just so I could go to more concerts, but at the same time I've only been to one, so I don't know if I would enjoy doing that regularly
Really cool! They also played in my home country (Denmark), but they got announced rather late to a festival, and at that point I was busy travelling to another country... Oh well. Maybe some day.
oh wow, hard to say, that's a real apples-to-oranges comparison there. I enjoy them for completely different reasons Paradinas's catalog has way higher high points for me, Bluff Limbo is a better album than anything Ae put out and even my absolute favorite Ae tracks can't really come close to the heights that my favorite u-Ziq tracks can hit for me, but Paradinas's catalog has lower lows and there's a lot more sheer quantity of samey mediocrity, he's put out WAY too much archival material and outtakes that didn't make the cut for his main albums and having sat through all of that was much more tedious than sitting through the greater Ae catalog, I'd legit rather try to sit through all of NTS in one day than try to sit through RY30 Trax and Aberystwyth Marine and Jake Slazenger's Ace In The Hole ever again. Ae may not have a 9/10 album for me and their catalog is also very all over the place, but they're obviously much more creative and their catalog has far less redundancy, each project of theirs will sound different including the side projects and EPs, and even at their absolute worst I can still easily respect what they're doing and can see why other people would get way more out of it than I do, no other artists in existence really even have the same appeal as them and nobody can fully replicate what they've been able to do. I guess that roughly evens out to a tie? idk
I would like to see them live someday, although I am kinda geographically limited. don't really have the resources to leave the Chicago area for a show like that let alone go out to the UK
I thought after the very underrated 10 000 Hz Legend they sort of became redundant. There was that late 90’s early 00’s chill out music thing that went on that got very stale very quickly.
Green Day performed dookie and american idiot in their entireties. Because 2024 marked 30 years of dookie and 20 years of American Idiot. And why didn't you get the clips last time you saw Air?
I didn't get the clips last time because they'd specifically made an announcement saying recording video was prohibited & the crowd was much smaller so they could more easily enforce it. this time they made no such announcement so I just went ahead
I was there, got to high five Jean-Benoît! Thanks for posting these clips.
I was there at the Chicago Theater. Their live rendition of Run absolutely blew me away. Drums were incredible.
VERY, VERY jealous right now Tommy

Hell, I want to enjoy their music in hotel lounge room.
La femme d'argent in particular is one of the best chill-out songs.
Saw them in Dublin back in June and spent the whole show mesmerised by the visuals and stage set up
The music sounded great from these clips. Well, no surprise, it is Air after all! Really good you got to see them, great footage too!
The concert look cool and the music sounded great

I had tickets in my cart for the show here in San Francisco... but they were way more money then I was willing to spend. Looks amazing!

As someone who has so far not listened to any Air (but plan to), their live setup looks sick
so retro futuristic it's mind-blowing with those stars
It looked like an Apple store.

Amazing, wish I were there!
Was supposed to see them in SF but I was sick...REEEEE. I'll try to catch them while I'm in austin the week of levitation. Glad you had a great time
I’d pay good money to see Talisman played live.
I SAW THE SAME SHOW WTF
Lucky guy!
Hi Wonky Angle! You like Autechre or Mike paradinas more?

Would you want to see Hybrid live one day?

@@TheWonkyAngle About a week ago, I learned that they once performed in Prague. AKA in my home country.
Did they do Alpha Beta Gaga?
they did not. The clips I showed in this video was the entire setlist
(however they did play that one back when I saw them the first time in 2017)
Ayeeee!
🍒🌸👧
