Huh strange. If Bobby had a fuse would his story stay the same? If so, how? Would we just skip the Princess Peach boat area? If so would the Princess Peach itself be cut? So many questions from one simple detail!
One more question that leads into a few more: Would this make partners permanent? If so would they be like TTYD partners? What would motivate not to just use Bowser, the strongest partner? Would they have some unique abilities that wouldn't always just be attacks? Gah! I wish I could get it from the devs themselves.

Yeah, instead, they went with a quickly-solvable puzzle mechanic with weapons being treated like the Breath of the Wild durability system, I hear this game is too easy though. I still remember while I was a kid playing Paper Mario TTYD, the Shadow Queen caused me several, several gameovers fighting her. I bet if I bought Origami King (which I won't be), I think I'd probably finish it within a few hours, like I have done in easy Switch games I've played. Nintendo isn't giving me the challenging games they used to make, and not just hard for artificially extending playtime of games without a save feature. I'm talking about not stupidly easy games that has a save file. Mario Bros 2 Lost Levels is way too hard though, can't even progress at some point with my garbage platformer skills without the aid of playing as Luigi instead with his floaty jump.

The most important cut concept was EXP and a traditional rpg battle system. This is a joke! I played 3 hours of Oragami King and it's pretty ok. It's not god awful but it's not amazing. It does look STUNNING though.
I actually agree with your joke, while it's not the most important feature, the lack of an EXP system means you don't have any progression of the player character's abilities. It's actually vital to a game like this to give some progression of your character in some way through battles, this game does not have that, they just shower you with so much money that you're not going to know what to do with it all. Even if you somehow spend it all through purchases, you are going to make back riches without much effort or time.
Seriously? This is literally the second best Mario game imo. (Not to force you to agree) I think the old rpg fighing mechanics are boring and overused. There are hundreds of games with those mechanics! With Origami King lacking that, and with a great story and many things to do, this is the best Paper Mario game so far! (Speaking of games without the overused fighting system, lets not forget Super Paper Mario!)

They really don’t. Even ignoring the fact that it’s less realistic, they dont look as good as the final designs. The final designs for the folded soldiers are freaky and actually do look unique in comparison to the generic main series design we see most of the time, and fit in much better
Isn't Lambert a type of 3d shading? Maybe those cubes at characters feet are for shading reference, given that they are all flat and lack depth for examining something like that.
To make them look more like something that could be feasibly folded in the real world, I suppose. Plus it gives them a more creepy and unfinished feel to them, to fit how they act like zombies in the actual game

There’s something unused I use a camera to look behind peach castle and there was a unused enemy and it was called fire guys warid name when u go to them they can crash your game they get removed after u go near peach castle Aka when u go to the area of peach castle!
I've been trying to figure out the paper models from color splash and origami king, but i have zero idea how it works lol From what I see the model is literally just a flat square with animations lmao and if i try to put a mario sprite on the model it's just a square with a texture XD so yeah idk how it works
The texture has transparency so it should only show Mario when you put it on the model. The model is actually made of a bunch of polygons so that it can be animated to flex like paper, so it's more than just a flat square. (basically how I animated the TCCO logo in the intro to bend)
@@TCCO I figured out why it only showed a texture on a square when i was adding a texture to the model, the textures use an alpha channel to make it transparent and when i exported the textures i didn't export it with the alpha channel included

Princes Peach's design reminds me a lot of the appearance of Reigns's characters.

They're just the Color Splash sprites, though it's pretty easy to rip the sprites from Origami King yourself.
