One thing I do want to mention is that if you ever order a prescription in your glasses online, it’s important to take them to your eye doctor to double check they have the right prescription and pupillary distance in! Mistakes happen and it’s always best to get them checked so you don’t have any kind of headaches, eye strain or double vision (if there was a fluke). I know this doesn’t necessarily apply to you, but I wanted to make sure and throw that out there! I’m in optometry school and we frequently talk about how we can take the best care of patients no matter where they get their glasses. Keep making wonderful videos! 👓❤️

What a great haul! I myself get my Rx glasses from Zenni optical, very cheap prices. And their glasses are very well made, l never ever had any issues with their glasses. This is my 3rd set of Zenni eyeglasses. This is also where A Vintage Vanity gets her glasses too. My last pair lasted me 4 and a half years until I finally had my eyes rechecked. And as old as the glasses were they were starting to crack around the screws that attached to the lenses. And I scratched up the lenses badly too. I just adored these glasses so much and could not part with them. I go my new ones last fall. Along with my glasses they sent me a travel case, mirco fiber cloth, extra screws, extra nose pads, extra screw covers, and a little baby screw driver.👧 First time I bought from them they gave me an eye glass case, micro fiber cloth, and a pupil distance ruler which I still use and comes in handy. Especially since the sales people at the eye doctor place will not measure my pupil distance anymore. They know its what people use to buy cheaper lenses online. The cool thing is in google images one can find zenni's pupil distance ruler.☺ I always go for the no rimmed glasses, and this time around they offered the computer coating. I am super glad I got the green tint on my glasses since I have to look at a computer screen for work.

I found my vintage frames (big 80s in my pic) by hunting down an eye place that had been around for ages and asked if they had 'any old stuff out the back'. They did - a whole tub full of glory! I love all these pre 50s styles but they don't suit my face; you however look divine. ❤️

I went out last week and unfortunately lost my favorite pair of glasses while having a bit too much fun. Very dumb of me because glasses (with prescriptions) are so expensive! My favourites were the Muse x Hillary Duff one and both the Muse sunglasses.
I should try this out! One of my favorite pairs of glasses are my Hillary Duff cat eyes I got like 10 years ago and are no longer my script, but I love them. Also, I own old art deco glasses I bought at a flea market and had them put my prescription in and they are adorable but not the most functional.

I should try this out! One of my favorite pairs of glasses are my Hillary Duff cat eyes I got like 10 years ago and are no longer my script, but I love them. Also, I own old art deco glasses I bought at a flea market and had them put my prescription in and they are adorable but not the most functional.
