Lol stick pin is what you were thinking of. Also faux damascene is the pearl brooch style. Usually from Spain. It’s a dress clip. I have a video explaining different types of clips, a lot of us jewelry aficionados get them confused.

Rachel I adore your interpretive dancing.. My brother and I used to live together in college, we got hooked on the BBC show Robin Hood (hilarious) and EVERY TIME we would interpretive dance to the theme music. Some things just call for it.

I just wanna say Rachel, I'm normally more of a punk/alternative person myself, with coloured hair and all that jazz, but I'm a big history enthusiast and I just get more interested in Vintage Fashion. The most perfect box! Hobbit dress finished me off and my Mr. Frodo the corgi reacted to my reaction. Frodo doggies are the best, so is this box!

@@debbieomi they can't ship the Lorene, because the weight of clothing,and thereforethe cost if shipping, is super variable. They can ship the Marie internationally, because it's four accessories, which is far more predictable

The little clips can also be dress clips. They would come in pairs but many have lost their buddies. You would clup them to the center or sides of a dress collar.

If the leaf clip has little spikey bits on the inside it is probably a dress clip, they came in pairs or sets but it's difficult to find a whole set today.

The leaf clip can also go on a button down shirt. If you button the top button and then clip the leaf on like you would a clip on tie, it adds a bit of pizzazz to a plain white shirt.

I loved this box, very fantasy-ish
from what I can see the first pin and the purse have what is called cross stitch, it is where the threads cross over each other to help make the X pattern on fabrics with weaving that can support the needle going in holes to make the crossing pattern. Embroidery uses different types of fancy stitches. This is just a quick tip, I could explain more but no point in that. lol
