UPDATE : Please DO NOT use the Natco kit’s main jet and pilot jet as thier actual jet sizes are far larger than what’s specified in it and the bike will just not run right with it. So please use your existing original jets or you can get brand new UCAL Mikuni jets from Adarsh (@tuners_craft on Instagram). His contact details are there in the description box above. Apologies for missing to add this detail on the video.
@@devendrabagul6613 Problem with using Natco's jets is that you won't be able to tune the carburettor correctly at all, as whatever you do, due to the incorrectly large jets, the mixture will be too rich (too much fuel in the air-oil-fuel mixture) so your mileage will drop, engine will refuse to rev beyond a point as there is too much fuel so engine is not able to combust all of them. One way is to get a used original carburettor & use it's jets
Sure! I have explained what to use and what not to use in the video I think many experts have found a way to use everything by modifying the mismatching parts and making it work on the carb. I am not so much of an expert so I didn't tamper with the ones that seemed unusable to me. So if you are like me, you can't use float bowl gasket, main jet, pilot jet, float pin and needle (that holds the clip) that's present in the Natco kit. you can use pretty much use everything else.
Apart from the float bowl screws and the Main jet O ring rubber, nothing else was useful on the carburettor so I have not compared it. If you can source me any other kits apart from the Natco, I would gladly make a video :)
No sir, this is what Natco provides for both 4 speed and 5 speed (unfortunately). They do not distinguish them even though the parts in the carb are a lot different between 4 speed and 5 speed 135 originally.
I don't understand Hindi, I am assuming you are asking about MIKKO's repair kit. Unfortunately I haven't used it so I cannot comment. Is it available for RX135's carburettor ?
@@nurealamjiku6230 Hey no problem bro :) I am an Indian ofcourse, I am from the south, so I don't know Hindi. Like I said, I haven't seen or used the kit from Mikko so I cannot comment.
@@nurealamjiku6230 No, but that's because I didn't change the crucial parts like the jets, needle, slide,clip.etc. They are all original parts that came on the bike from the factory few decades ago.
I’m not exactly sure because you don’t really get an OE rebuild kit as such. You need to source all the parts one by one. Overall, I think it can come close to ₹1,000 for original Mikuni or UCAL parts.
@@BrattyBiker bro still my bike has starting and idle problem i changed reeds cleaned carb and current also checked and airfilters changed but problem not solved
You can check fuel tank for rust, rust can block petrol flow and can cause starting and performance trouble. So get it cleaned, pour fresh petrol and make sure you don’t premix too much oil. If you are running fully premixed without oil pump, premix 25ml of oil for 1 litre of petrol. Get a plastic petrol filter. It is very useful. Make sure you rebuilt the carb properly, use original jets, put the clip in middle slot, 1.5 turns out on the AF Screw. Make sure the mixture is not lean. Seal the oil line too. Did you check spark strength ? Change spark plug and see. Do check your Ignition coil and CDi and make sure they are working well too.

Yes. Can damage your engine.

Not sure because I have not checked them out.
Is it good to rebuilt the carb? Of rx100 I have 86 model , mikuni corp carb with me in a fair condition
Rebuild the carburettor only if you are facing any trouble with it. If it works well, don't mess with it.
Is safe to use rx 100 carb on rx 135
No. It will run too lean.
