Trolley HO Scale Layout Tour of OSMR

Tour of Ben McKay's trolley line located at the Orlando Society of Model Railroaders. Its an HO scale loop to loop line that includes a passing siding in the middle. In 1999, the ORR rails were laid with 6 1/4 inch radius curves. It runs on 4 DC transformers, with electrified overhead wire to power the model streetcars.
Members of Electric Railway Club of Central Florida ERCF maintain and host an annual meet of this layout.

Can I ask you to identify for me the motel model with swimming pool near where Ben was seated? I had this same model as a child and would like to find another for my club layout. that is a kit bash of Bachman kit 45214. I say kit bash because it seems to be missing the office part, so this version in the video has a slightly smaller footprint.
