What is the one thing in your restaurant that just sets you off every time it happens, something that drives you crazy?
I think most owners hate when employees won't work for free or their Congress man ignores their plee to reinstate slavery
THANK YOU!!! PLEASE CONTINUE TO MOTIVATE ALL OF US AND REMEMBER US THAT IS REALLY EASY
Wow - this comment will definitely keep me going. Thank you!
Will do!
Great advice.
Avoid "Restaurant owner syndrome".
To avoid developing this illness understand that your good staff are going to become better at the job then you…
When you reach this point, you have won the lottery.
Stay out of there way,
Don’t hang around your restaurant with your "friends"
Keep tabs of your inventory, and respect and know the names of all of your employees.
In other words less is more, don’t mess with the rhythm of your establishment.
Step in when need be,
Know who is working hard and award them, but privately.
Invest in staff and they will invest in you.
You are nothing with out your staff
Dishwasher to manager.
Hahaha this is so relevant. Great advice.
Thank you!
Thank you so much

Hey Ryan - great channel. Have you ever considered sponsorship?
We do work with a handful of amazing sponsors! If that's something that you want to know more about, just drop our team a line -> support @ therestaurantboss.com
Thanks for the tips!
Should you have more than one bank for the 3 accounts?
No you can keep them all in one bank.
Alot of people don't see restaurant owners as great authority some people even want to sue the place you are working can someone tell me why alot of people don't see restaurant owners as great authority maybe a high school teacher is more than a restaurant owner
That is a great question. I think a lot of that has to do with how we perceive ourselves first. If we are professional in our appearance, our management, engage with the community and carry ourselves with confidence, other will respond to that in the same manner.
@@pilotrhino I come to a conclusion is a type of mentality in the human being
