Merry Christmas! I got the HP 15s Ryzen 7 laptop and had been fully satisfied. However an issue arised immediately as I reach the 1st 30days after I purchased my laptop. There is no power and is not turning on, so I brought it to the official service center since it is still under service warranty. Hopefully it will be fixed soon coz I dont recall any misuse I did and I had been overly careful and caring of my devices and belongings.
I have a similar experience with Acer Vero. Matigas ang hinges, tapos nabali ang bezel, pero kasalanan ko daw. Maingat ako gumamit ng laptop. Ako pa ngayon ang may kasalanan.
So planning to buy po hp15s any reccomendations po since diko po alam kung bilihin ko ba since baka maranasan ko po same issue eh Kamusta naman na po laptop ngayon

Hi, sir. I own a Vero. It's a very breakable laptop. Wala pang one year, sira na ang hinges. Tapos pag sira daw ang hinge, hindi daw covered sa warranty. Ako ba ang gumawa ng laptop? The technician agreed with me na hindi ko naman kasalanan na sira ang hinges. Tapos natanggal lang ang mga ordinary screws. Nalaman ko nung tinignan ko kung bakit matigas i-open ang shell. But anyway, magbabayad daw ako for something I did not do. Masaklap na experience. The backlight keyboard was never reliable since I got the item. Hay naku. Madali din talaga uminit kahit naka-Word lang naman ako. Pero i agree na mabilis ang performance nya. Not recommending Acer Vero, based on my experience.

I have tried acer and asus in a span of 4 years. In 4 years nag daan na ako sa dalawang laptop, yung sa acer Aspire 5 yung hinge ng laptop ko bumuka, pinadala nila sa manila it tooked them more than 5 months ewan ko kung bat ganon katagal, siguro pandemic pa non, pero hindi na nun sobrang higpit. But it took them very long, that is why I got a new one, which is Asus na hindi na hindi ko na mabuksa buksan until now. Eh wala pang 2 years yun. From my grade 12 up to now na 3rd year college na ako, 2 laptops na nasisira ko, ganon na ba ako kalala? Ngayon diko na po alam kung anong kukunin ko😭😭 worse, hindi ko pera pinambibili ko sa parents ko pa yun ehh🤧🤧 lubog na ako sa utang sa kanila.
