Beauly station (between Inverness and Dingwall) has the shortest platform in Great Britian with a platform that is only 15.06m long - shorter than the coaches on the trains that serve it. I think there are some staff-only halts with even shorter platforms but they are never used by passengers.
I was wanting to alight at Tygwyn on the Cambrian Coast line with my bike and was told I needed to disembark at the previous station and relocate to the end door as only one door is opened at Tygwyn. I elected to stay on till the next station one mile further which could accommodate my door as well!
What a beautiful wee station! Zoltan 👽
Drinking luqior there alone must hit so fucking hard

Cannot think of any staff halts. Mostly killed off in BR days. But yes, Beauly railway station is the smallest according to Network Rail.
Nice
