Suhaib Webb is correct.
Unlike Andrew Tate; Lupe never did anything that endorsed threat against women.
And the sole reason Daniel you're ignoring this fact is because of plenty of his Anti Left ideology statements.
Obviously Andrew Tate has made an incredible deed in embracing the truth but he needs to accept that though unknowingly; his statements in that condescending demeanor has endorsed violence against women.
Allah SWT is great enough to forgive any of height sins.
Its just as you said in the end this "imam" is really just a liberal Muslim. Liberalism being what determines good and bad for him. Andrew Tate has harshly critcized some aspects of liberalism so of course he's going to hate him. Whereas these other Muslims don't criticize liberalism so he has no issue with them.

Tate is worse than the rappers because Tate runs a webcam girl business and convinced a religious Christian woman to be a webcam girl. But yes I'd say the rappers are still pretty bad. It sucks because Tate also convinced a lot of young guys to hit the gym and improve their physique, such a shame that most of his behavior is pretty bad.

I found and converted to Islam fairly recently, partially because I had become disgusted at how the christian faith has been watered down and made into nothing more than a brand or label. In retrospect I am glad to have found Islam and accepted The Prophet Muhammed Peace Be Upon Him but it breaks my heart to see that people like Webb have seemingly already become entrenched in the public face of Islam. If he is simply misguided I pray for him, but it seems to me that he is spreading evil and actively trying to destroy Islamic tradition in the same way that christian tradition has been eroded.

Imams like Webb are fine, and their generation. They will stay muslim I mean at least culturaly. But their kids, and the next generation if we allow this secular da'wa being spread, are going to be like christians. I mean in my country I took less than a century to go from liberal christianity to atheism. Almost 63% are atheist in France and the rest of christians some don't even believe in God.
So this is the worst strategy to make islam western friendly in order to be accepted. Bad consequences.

People too quick to label people hypocrites and kafirs. He made a lot of valid criticisms, but we should not be so quick to call Muslims hypocrites and kafirs. Some of his ACTIONS are hypocritical, notice how Brother Daniel didn’t call him a hypocrite. Rather he has shown examples of hypocrisy in action.
I just want to make my point that labeling someone with a term that evil, especially a Muslim leader, is dangerous territory.
This Hadith shows the severity of labeling someone a kafir. These things shouldn’t be said so lightly.
Prophet Muhammad (SAW): Hazrat Abu Hurairah رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْه has narrated that the Prophet صلي الله عليه و سلم said, “When a person says to his brothers ‘O Kaafir (disbeliever)’ then verily one of them has returned with it”

I used to CANNOT with sarcasm, but then I met Daniel. The tone in his voice always cracks me up. Also, that moment when the browser was scrolling down and then suddenly stopped and was scrolling back up to point out that guy... man. This is some next level stuff you and your team are producing and through you I have learned that sarcasm can sometimes be an effective and much needed tool to point out falsehood and make it accountable.

Suhaib Webb pretends like he is a big scholar of Islam but in reality he is a Zindiq. I first came across Webb's video some years ago where he explains why we can change some Islamic rulings if the usool of fiqh is ok. I mean another deviant preparing field.

I live in an arabian country, and get called an extremist even though I only state the obvious such as the hijab being fard, zina being haram.

I have to agree with you, Daniel.
I attended a recent event at Maryam Mosque in Sugarland TX where Suhaib Web was advising youth. I must say I was cringing on every street level verb and adjective he was using in his lecture. Poor south Asian youth looked so pleased with gleaming eyes listening to Caucasian convert who had no hesitation using slang and offensive phrases like,"son" to another Muslim who might have belittled him by calling to be born Muslim.
It was a very sad sight. Suhaib Webb's body language and demeanor was no different from a thug that you would never invite to your house. Very disappointing that poor south Asians cannot see beyond skin color and English as a first language of a person.
Wouldn't be surprising if he got those attitude from rapper's music he's been listening to.
