This has been one of the most informative videos on starting a marketing agency, even from someone with a 5 years of experience. My biggest push back is the last piece of advice about using a personal name for the company name. That's not something I think any agency should follow especially if you truly want to scale the business. But this is a great video to help everyone get started!

A major consideration for workflow and budget, especially as you grow, is the choice of software and tech you use... interested to know what important software you or other agency owners in the comments are using in general and especially for lead/customer automation etc. after gaining leads?

I have put a lot of contents out there but still not getting traction. I don’t know if the market I choose isn’t interested in marketing their business online. I have a solid knowledge in creating ads specially Facebook ads. What’s wrong @Adam?

If you offer to do FB ads fro free, how long do you do this if they are getting results and how do you have the conversation about charging after this free period? 2. If you get certified by FB and offer for free, does that not look bad..or can you say "pay me this rate and if I dont bring sales that month, you get your money back"?? I wouldn't know how to track sales but just asking as I heard someone use this once. I'd love your opinion! Thanks again!!!
If you will work on sales basis , you can't get much business. Make a dashboard of the products/brands that you have worked with & show to clients. Ask them if they really need you , pay you without any guaranteed results.
