I have a high idle that I can not figure out cold start it idles low don’t have an rpm gauge so not sure what it’s at but as it warms up I can hear it go up I have changed the idle air control vale cleaned the throttle body cleaned the egr vale changed spark plugs and wires I’ve checked for vacuum leaks changed fuel filter and also replaced the fuel injectors any suggestion on where to look next
What did you do with the cluster fuck coming out of the baleno fuse box? Did you use any of those wires for anything or just stripped them?
What did you use for the air intake elbow and where did you get it? Thanks.

The motor is a 99 Chevy tracker motor besides the high idle it runs fine it doesn’t surge or idle rough
Open bonnet, engine is there... CHECKED! :D
