Thank you Very much sir for sharing this useful tutorial. GOD bless u and Elshayal who did a very nice job to create the software. It has always been a pain to georefrence GE images for me.
Thanks sir for your helpful videos. One thing i wanna add, if we reduce scaling to 1% in 'map option' while downloading from Google Earth pro, disadvantage occurring by Google earth logo can be avoided.
How I can solve the problem '' *** Please be sure that Elshayal Smart GIS and Google Earth are opened and running as the same, either as adminstrators or as not adminstrators. *** ''?
Thank you for your explanation. Your effort is appreciated, although I can see that there is a clear distortion in the images. You can see that by a pause at 13:57. The road in the middle (Hulimavu- Begur RD) is cut and shifted. Nonetheless, for a free tool, it's good enough.
Ok, I have not observed it so clearly. But there is no issue with the tool. However I experienced it once when I was trying for the first time, but I observed one thing that, shift comes, if you see a slight change while saving the second image. That is due to our movement of cursor. So I observed that, if we take care while saving the second image that there is no shift, then the problem won exist. Just take care of this and try once, you can see that there will be no distortion. Can you try and let me know. That might help others as well, who will be using this tool.
Also one more thing is that, After you comment I went through those images once again. Of the four images I saved only one image is having that problem for the reason I explained earlier. Other three images look perfect.
Hello sir. I have done everything and all went well. Except that when I added the images in ArcMap, there is a prompt saying they do not have georeference. I pressed "OK" but the images were not placed in their proper coordinates. I am overlaying 4 maps at the same time and these images are not going to I want them to go. Please help me.
Sir, thank you very much for your very clear and simple explanation tutorial. Very much appreciated. By the way, can I use this images as my reference images because I do not have a reference image for the area i am interested to work in?
Very fruitful video for a geomatics person to get high resolution rectified google image and great job so thank you very much. But there is little bit problem Elshayal smart GIS do not connect with google earth pro in windows 10 32bit even done every steps and setups as shown in video. would yo suggest me how to solve it? be please.....
I am not very sure of the issue. I got many mails in this regard. Finally I suggested a student to contact the developers of the software directly. He did and they replied. He mailed me that the issue is sorted out. May be you can also follow the same and post the solution for the benefit of others
For solving this problem * Please be sure that Elshayal Smart GIS and Google Earth are opened and running as the same, either as adminstrators or as not adminstrators. * you have to download google earth directly from the Elshayal Smart GIS software. Go to help menu of the Elshayal software and select "Google Earth 7.1.7 direct download. It works
i have done everything and added the georeferenced layer in ArcGIS but unable to proceed because it is showing as a jpg image and I am not able to clip it with any shapefile nor its being converted to raster format. it is not working what to do I want to work further on the image, but it is of no use

hi. thank you for this tutorial. i have tried this but the images ain't aligned at all. Even when i make sure no movement happens in Google Earth. my area is also relatively large, can you asist on how i can do it. i really need high resolution images for my research
I was trying everything to make it running and I read all relevant comments. However, Smart GIS is not compatible with GE older than 7.1.7. The download tab "Help" in Smart GIS leads you to version 7.1.7.26 which is to new and therefore not compatible... I even tried it with GE Pro but endet up that the do not fit with each other. HELP!!!
SOLVED!!!! OMG after so many frustrating hours!!!! Go to de.download.cnet.com/El-Shayal-Smart-GIS/3000-18496_4-10922171.html -> Smart GIS 16.007d and to support.google.com/earth/answer/168344?hl=en -> download v7.1.5.1557 Wohoooo!
Selecting 'refresh coordinates' and if I have the intention to download the image for a specific year, such as 2003; setting up from historical imagery, will it download the image for 2003?
Thank you for your tutorial about "Download Very high Resolution Georeferenced Satellite Image" and also i watch your several videos and tell others to follow your tutorials. i want to know that the more downloaded images will be same dated or different dated? how will i understand? Thank you sir.

After downloading the software when I install it the computer said please don't install this software might be a risk. One day ago I have Installed Universal Global Mapper. But a strong malware inserted and infected all of the data. I have lost All data. And re-installed my windows. Please tell me if any risk to install the software.
Sir, first of all, thank you very much for this tutorial. I found it really interesting and useful. Currently I´m trying to map three cities in Sierra Leone and there are not high resolution free satellite images available; so to use this software and method is really needed. However, I try to follow step by step your tutorial and everything work excepting when I try to go up, down or any direction. The new rectified image got by Smart Web GIS is far away from first rectified image (it´s not only an issue of a small overlap or so; no, the image is hundred of meters far away from where it was supposed to be) I´m using Smart Web GIS ver 17.015 and Google Earth Pro 7.3.0.3030 with Windows 10. Really I´d need to be able to do this, may you know what could it be happening? Thanks a lot.
I am not very sure of the problem. You can follow it exactly once again. If it still doesn't work, you can try to see other videos in the channel to download and georeferenced google earth images
Sir I want to subset only the buffer zone (influence zone ) of 15 km from landsat image. from the state boundary of delhi . I which I don't want the inner and outer region of buffer zone. how can I do that? . I'm only familiar with erdas and arc map .
Sir thanks for this video but I need further information about How I can manage to put final combined georeferenced image into Civil 3d as a whole or I want to use the final combined georeferenced image TO use as an image background into my leica captivate software. Can you please explain how we can do that ? Of course it has to be in desired coordinate system
When I am reloading the images, they are not fitting together. I mean, after reloading, the images are not staying one after another. N.B. The google earth is not full screen mode, using google earth pro
When I was doing GE1 and GE2 were not coming appropriately. I mean same road in different GE is not coincidence to one another..Tell me how to solve this problem.
had viewed and downloaded high resolution satellite Google image as per your tutorial But the image downloaded is not showing continuity of features depicted in satellite images How it can be rectified? Expecting an early response
When you save your project and reopen it later how do you get to where you were exactly? my re-opened project aligns incorrectly with where I left off.
Thanks for the tute> the problem I face is during clicking up and down the image in google earth shifts way towards any direction and the image when imported are overlapped, please resolve.
Can anyone tell, what is the maximum resolution imagery which can be possible to download through this method... I actually need. 5 m resolution image...
Spent 5 hours trying to work this all out and i just kept having one problem after the next.... Even following literally step by step. What am i doing wrong?? Im stressed and frustrated as i urgently need a high res image of the property i work at!!!
I may not be able to comment without seeing personally. There are other videos in the same channel on downloading and georeferencing Google Earth Images. You can follow them
good tutorial I keep getting the error most guys in this forum are posting *** Please be sure that Elshayal Smart GIS and Google Earth are opened and running as the same, either as adminstrators or as not adminstrators. *** . which version can I use to avoid this error from popping up. Thanks

I tried to follow your steps really same as your video, but the images created by ElshayalSmart overlap each other, the GE_1 look like Ok, When create GE_2, >Up>import Rectified Image, the GE_2 overlap with GE_1, and so on GE_3 and GE_4. What's happenned, I use Google Earth Pro 7.1.5.1557
While saving sometimes the image slightly moves from its original position. You can realize it in google earth while saving as the scree slightly moves. Make sure such movements doesnt happen. It will solve your problem.
I downloaded the software and followed the steps, but the images I get are the same low resolution as google earth. There is no difference in the resolution. I might as well just save a google earth image.
Try to understand the basic idea of the software. It gives you the georeferenced images. And once you complete the process you can mosaic all. You can zoom the image to any extent. So select the resolution of your need (means, zoom to the extent you need), carry out the process and mosaic. This will be your high resolution georeferenced image
Sir, I tried to use the software but in my case two different pictures are not matching at their edges (roads, lands etc). Thanks in advance for your further help.......

For solving this problem * Please be sure that Elshayal Smart GIS and Google Earth are opened and running as the same, either as adminstrators or as not adminstrators. *

Go to help menu of the Elshayal software and select "Google Earth 7.1.7 direct download.
It works

No I do not have
Edited: Worked suggestion " Go to help icon of the Elshayal software and select "Google Earth 7.1.7 direct download".
Original issue which I think worries most of us:

There are some solutions for the same discussed in the comments section. You ca go through

Sir, i can't install this software. Can you please help me..
Hi sir may I open the image in Arcgis please
I downloaded the software and followed the steps, but the images I get are the same low resolution as google earth. There is no difference in the resolution. I might as well just save a google earth image.
Try to understand the basic idea of the software. It gives you the georeferenced images. And once you complete the process you can mosaic all. You can zoom the image to any extent. So select the resolution of your need (means, zoom to the extent you need), carry out the process and mosaic. This will be your high resolution georeferenced image

I am unable to install the software on Windows 10 x64 Edition. When I run the setup I get some errors related to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VB6STKIT.DLL. Can anyone help me please?
I am able to load the application directly from the SmartGIS.Exe file, but no able to connect to Google Earth. Believe it's because it is not installed.
