I really like what you're doing with your Bronco. A lot more creative and unique than dropping $60k on something that you may or may not actually need. The grill, tires and retro badge are my favorite parts.
Thanks! There has been a lot of speculation that Ford will some day offer a 'Heritage' trim that will feature a white grille and white wheels and maybe a white top too.
I don't like a new car with a retro look . The truck has few cues from the past already . I don't want to offend anyone , besides I appreciate all the effort that goes into it. Love the work and dedication .
@@BudgetBronco I do! But i really want the wash out floors which is only available in the black diamond trim or higher. So i’m waiting to see if they add the wash out floors to all trim levels in MY22. If not i’ll most likely go with the black diamond

I love both of your channels, but I can’t handle Michigan or Michigan state football. I’m gonna have to say Go Razorbacks. I ordered a velocity blue 2door base. I’m a little worried I won’t get velocity blue in the 22 bronco.
You and me both! The top might have to wait a while...as you may know they have all been recalled by Ford, so no reason to paint it now, I am going to exchange it for a new top probably in October.

@@BudgetBronco I like the retro vibe. I don't have a Bronco (canceled my reservation) but I do enjoy budget builds that don't break the bank and that are practical/ realistic for everyday people. Especially on the trim you bought.

Yes, same way, used plastic prep spray. I definitely recommend that step, it breaks down the surface of the plastic and allows the paint to properly adhere.

Turned out awesome! You should consider painting the modular bumper white with red tow hooks. It would be like the 66-77 broncos with white grilles and bumpers
I think it looks great , that’s one of the reasons I’m waiting to order mine , I want the hart top to be painted to match the body and I’m fairly certain that will happen in the next generations Broncos.

That would definitely be easier! I have seen them on Amazon as well. The only difference is that a decal will not cover the sides of the letters, so you will get a two-tone look.

just JBWeld them back in is what i'll do. I've got a Hot pepper red badlands on order and plan to have the grille painted gloss black and do the letters in body color. The white grille isn't for me but its your rig ;)
Grille looks great. Love the vintage vibe. I might suggest off-white or cream (as opposed to bright white) for an improved vintage classic look. Nice job!

The molded floor liners are really nice too, and if you really wanted to you could always take out the carpeting

Protip: those little foam ear plugs meant for hearing protection are pretty good for keeping paint out of small bolt holes like that.

That will work! Don't forget to use plastic adhesion promoter before you paint.
