Hi! Your repair is great and clean work. I also have a TEAC A-H500 with an issue, so would you help let me know your idea? The left channel on my A-H500 is always outputing at maximal level, however the right channel is good. This affects all input signals, and I have to eliminate the left channel with the balance knob. Some pro guy told me that this might be something wrong with the volume motor. Is is such and could it be replaced with similar spare part? Thanks.
Did you mean that some models in the United States are look like s**t? - I see that in the satellite receivers in the United States there are no Linux Boxes so we have this boxes here in Europe! Only GT-Media (well a good tuner and performeance) but all is fixed Firmware/Software and you can not modify this boxes liek the Dreambox, Octagon, GigaBlue and many more. Hello Jason - one other thing shall we make a own build simple amplifier with I need 8 inputs Stereo RCA chinch? I made now a assembly course and at this course I'll make a simple firmware for a rotary switch for the input switcher. Could you think that we would like a amp like this? weakbit

Hi, i have a problem with it, is a Teac A-H500i, and when i use the selector (CD-MD_PHONO ecc ecc) i can hear a (click) when i pass from a position to the other. I can hear the (click) inside the channels using the headphone, probably i could hear it also throw the speakers (but i do not use the speakers to hear music). What could be? A capacitor o something like that? Thank you.
@@weakbit633 thx for answer, as i told before, when i rotate the selector from any position to any position, i can hear a (click) on the audio channels. Maybe a cap who does not it's work?
@@paolorecchia2714 Check Q501 and Q502 this two transistors must switch the signal to the GND during selecting a source. Also measure with a Oscilloscope Func Mute Pin1 IC72 it should switch during turn the select source. This is a thing where you can analyze where the failure come from. In my case it was a complete solder problem with cold solder joints. Re-solder the complete motherboard.
