Ingredients
1 Cup Coffee Husks (Qishr)
3 cups water
2 teaspoons grated ginger (can substitute 1/2 tsp.
ground ginger)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
sugar to taste (I used 1/4 cup)

Hello Dear Kath , nice to watch from you , i'm on nine cloud cause you spread our culture as well as you can . My mom addicted this coffee but she use to add cloves mm 6 enough and a bit of Cardamom ,, All these flavor make the coffee better ., Thank you :)

May I ask why it's named Cherry Tea? I didn't notice anything cherry in the recipe.
The coffee fruit is a husk around the bean. Its called the coffee "cherry"

its hard to explain, like a weak coffee tea? if you are in the us, there is some company that is selling it - kishr.com/ (i'm not affiliated with them in any way nor have I tried this product)
