You might try cast iron for the anti-stick with eggs. You want to find the lightest weight smoothest possible, but if you season it well, and heat the pan up well beforehand it does really well for us.
I’m not de cluttering too much in the kitchen but I do need to go through all my cupboards and re organise. I’ve already done under the sink. We are renovating the house so some of its a mess but once we get through it all I shall tidy, de clutter some and re organise. Xx
You can cook eggs in stainless steel with no problem as long as you have the right temperature and the frying pan has to be hot before you put the eggs. Just need some practices before you get right. :)

Love this I’m the same just one tip try not to put new ingredients on top of old in jars. Take old out, put it on top of new.

If I can’t see what’s on the shelves, I would put important stuff like food in a bottom cupboard and say mixing bowls on an upper shelf.
I am a maximalist but everything I own needs to be organized and have a place. I like your organization really great!

I like my stone frying pans for eggs etc. don’t need oil or anything and they don’t stick 👌🏻
