What size pipe? I did the same with 2.5” pipe and yeah neither one of us are sounding like a vette lol. Mine sounds similar to yours but nothing like northern performance. I’m really starting to think it’s that 3” pipe that gives the good sound.
This is 3 inch pipe, I had to offset the x pipe which is what I think is giving it more of a truck tone. It sounds great on the highway
@@Lordspaghett btw was not bashing. I just would love to pinpoint the exact problem. I’ve seen a few on fb that did cheap x pipes and 2.5” on the axle back and still had good results.
Yeah, that still sounds more like a truck
Northern performance truck also revs to almost 8k as well.
Also, he stated in the comments that it’s kind of crucial to use the stainless. A thinner walled pipe is gonna change your sound.
How did you route it
Redirected drivers side to cross over behind the transmission, slightly offset the xpipe to the passengers side, equal length from xpipe to tips

I used two spintech 6000 mufflers

@@johnniejohnson8996 full custom exhaust. 1 & 3/4” longtube headers, CTS-V x-pipe, spintech mufflers, c6 corvette 4 inch tips
@@Lordspaghetti’ve got the same setup on the way except i got 2 corsa pro mufflers instead of the spin tech. All 3 inch stainless as well. Any tips for how you put it together?
