I gotta say I love these ads, mainly because it's interesting to see Leno in his younger-er days. He actually does look kind of handsome in these.

My standards of beauty are different than normal people's, I tend to go for the ethereal or the pale and sickly types like say Steve Buscemi or Christopher Walken. Most attractive people are just average to me, I'm either into the 'cartoon character lookalike' thing (see the Leno example in my original comment), pale and sickly (see Walken, Dafoe or Buscemi), or the ethereal (see Anjelica Huston).
