Very nice cutting board. That table saw is a real security issue though.
Nice! I'm always looking for new ideas. Keep posting your work. 😊
Have other woodworkers say when routing for the juice groove 1) slow the speed down on router, maybe start at half speed, then step up speed as needed. 2) Always move router in the same directions as the bit is turning. In other words, if bit is going clockwise, one routes the juice groove clockwise. 3) Rout out the juice groove depth in steps, don't rout too deep this first time around, make several passes. Gives a better finish without too much sanding if any. Hope this helps out.
Your work turned out excellent. I will try to copy your project.
Thanks

1st time seeing your video good job
you never mentioned if you "popped the grain". Makes a huge difference on an end grain board.
Beautiful board
Thank you! Cheers!
I been looking for places to buy rough cut wood and can’t find a good one. Where do you get yours? Thanks for all the great videos. Big thumbs up.
Parabéns pelo seu trabalho ficou linda a sua tábua
Your cutting board turned out really great and very beautiful.
Thank you! Cheers!
DFW Tool Works has a juice groove cabinet scraper if if you’re interested. I have one and it sure helps remove those burn marks and reduce the sanding. Take a look at it. Oh, I don’t work for them.
Very nice board. Like your flattening process too. I don't know why you did the same mistake that you did on the honeycomb board?
Can you share the what the original lengths of the cut boards were? And the final dims of your board? Nice job !
Ok, i would like to buy some rough cut hardwood, but if you can give me an idea of what that board cost you and did you purchase it at a big box store or a mill?? Newbi rookie taking baby steps plus i bought this Rockler Juice Groove Jig and i could swear this thing will not work with my fixed base router..your thoughts Mr. Rookie.
Obrigado parabéns pela sua atenção e vontade de mostrar como é que faz assim é o nosso dia a dia aprender e ensinar aos outros você é de Deus abençoe você
Very nice! What were your starting dimensions? How long were your boards?
Great cutting board great video you think you could tell me what the length ends up being and the width of the boards I really appreciate it and my wife would too thank you
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. But the board ended up being about 12 in by 22 in.
@@TheRookieWoodworker that's okay thanks for getting back to me I appreciate it
What were the initial walnut and cherry lengths that you cut with the miter saw?
Knee pads or a table :-)
Привет бро, отличная доска вышла,👍 скажи мне какая толшина и ширина досок при склейке?
You could or accomplished this without waste at all if you had made two separate batches and combined them together.
You are definitely right about that.
