Excellent work again Nathan. Reminded me of my first hedge cut, old lady's bungalow up above her son's farm. Back of the hedge had about 2 ft to stand on then a 20 ft drop. When I finished she let me know 3 other gardeners had turned it down.. 😏

I normally and thought that it's common practice just bang ladders in jump up n down on the side that needs be in ground ? And that's still after a good few falls in the field so to speak And dog shit on ladders if that's not happend to ya as a gardener then not earned stars n strips in my book 👍

Cheers 👍 didn't fancy having that on my back there. They are the 10' ones which I use nearly every day, they adjust up a couple of feet too. Depends on the size hedges you work on I guess. Definitely invest tho👌 thanks for watching

      Solid shift Nathan. 💪
You answered the ladder query I had above i.e. what size were those. I've add my eye on a pair of 10ft with three adjustable legs.
Do you think this would cover 95% of the jobs as opposed to an easier to handle 8ft one and a 12ft one further down the line... ? Keep up the good work.

    • @LewisgardenservicesLtd

@@LewisgardenservicesLtd true but I think there still awkward sticking above hedge! Used to have them with old arborist I used to work for and they did my head in ha! Them 3 run ones which go as a step are best for me as you can lean them in to desired height and then have it as a step and because they straight your bang at side of hedge so don’t have to reach across as much. Have good day anyway and yep good videos!
