A covid patient wearing a mask when he's in danger of respiratory distress is your first clue to keep scrolling...there is no info here on how to relieve suffering or prevent or detect respiratory distress.
I am an ex-nurse. For anyone sharing a bathroom/house with a covid-19 positive person as I am, including average cost, supplies needed & comprehensive guide to protection- THIS IS FOR YOU. Stay safe please!
1) SHARING A BATHROOM: Lysol spray will be your best friend, ask the covid+ person to spray shower handles, sink handles, toilet knob and seat & hit the light-switch and the floor on their way out. You will need to wait 10 MIN before entering the bathroom, lysol takes time to kill covid.
2) ENTRANCE: put up a Sani-station at the front door containing: a lined trash can/bucket, gloves, masks, more lysol spray, and have that person spray their shoes, and sanitize hands as well as grab a new mask on their way in and go directly to their room.
3) EATING?LAUNDRY? TRASH?: Wear GLOVES when handling ANYTHING they have used or touched (clothes, food, trash) Use strictly ALL disposable utensils/cups/plates, you can use a cheap foam cooler or a table to put food/supplies in/on outside their door. They will need a lined trashcan or bucket in their room. When collecting trash or laundry, have the covid+ person leave it outside their door, wear gloves and wash/dispose as normal. Be thorough, go back and spray handles you touched while wearing gloves, and then sanitize your hands.
IN A *14* DAY QUARANTINE YOU WILL GO THROUGH/$$$: approx 3 cans lysol aerosol, x2 hand Sani, 2 pk disposable masks, 1 pk of gloves ($2 for the "lunch-lady gloves" at dollar store 100 count), bleach spray, Sani-wipes. This cost me approx 35 dollars, although, I bough many extras. Realistically this should be about $25-30
5 family members are tested positive.. we all were under quarantine and treated at home.
I lost you at dedicated bathroom. I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and Covid hit us fast. Even though we took almost all those precautions it still passed around us.

@@cfhgirl9902 Hi Lucy! My brother is ok. After the quarantine period, he went to get a back scan, and everything s fine. Im ok, i didnt catch the virus when my brother was sick. Make sure you disinfect the bathroom, if you re sharing it with your husband, disinfect all the handles in the house and make sure you dont touch your face, nose, eyes.. It will pass and you ll be ok! You have to belive this! Take care
