    Glad to have found this video. It highlights important Dos and Donts well. At 1 min 30 sec, the character was removing face mask while still wearing gloves that were in contact with the surface of the isolated room. I thought the safer practice would be to remove gloves, perform hand hygiene then remove face mask?

    I'm facing a mild COVID case, I only felt so bad one day. From the video if I understand correctly, Can I exercise a little bit? Furthermore, how long must last the quarantine for thus type of cases? Thanks!

    I had also tested covid positive 😔
    1)Eat 2 boiled eggs in morning for breakfast and at night before sleeping with little pepper powder sprinkled.
    2)Take steam before sleeping
    3) eat protein rich food ,sprouts etc . eat kiwi fruit
    4)take vitaminc and b complex supplements and medicines prescribed by your doctor
    5)watch some comedy shows and relax.
    6)drink hot water only
    7) gargle with hot water once everyday
    3 weeks almost still recovering. I have lost my sense of taste and smell and appetite has decreased 😞

    So if i test positive for covid I'm supposed to wear a mask even when I'm in my room with the door closed?

    • @archierch0463
      @archierch0463 3 года назад +5

      No, how would you sleep? 😂
      I think it's if someone is coming into your room to give you food or something if you're unable to get it

    • @vicgamesvt9682
      @vicgamesvt9682 3 года назад

      I think if I ever do get covid I would wear a very thin face covering like a scarf even when I'm just sitting in my room by my self and am awake but when I'm sleeping I wouldnt wear the scarf or if someone came in my room I would wear a mask under the scarf

      Keep windows open, wipe things yourself to help others who enter be protected, Ensure others protect themselves by being frank..as they may transmit to vulnerable.

    • @happyheartstv1431

      Yes definitely

    • @vicgamesvt9682
      @vicgamesvt9682 Год назад

      @@happyheartstv1431 I already had covid and I didn't wear a mask in my room because it's just redundant but I agree with the first comment to put on a mask if someone is entering to bring you stuff. It's important to note that the person entering will get a high exposure to covid so they should ideally wear a N95 and face shield.
