Go to Tondo, manila the place called Happy Land its a slum area they say its the dangerous place in manila many foreign vloggers went there and they take them as a challenge. if you went there They will treat you like a rockstar 😊
Amazing friendly people of the Philippines. I have many friends from the Philippines. Now I would love to go visit the Philippines.
Solo, hope lots of vids coming from the Philippines 😊.
Please visit! More to come 😃
I recommend that you visit BGC. It is even more modern than Makati
Damn just walking around and a cute girl says "you're so handsome" haha, that will never happen here in Malaysia 😂 Time for me to visit the Philippines.
Haha, come and enjoy it for yourself!
Enjoy the philippines thank you for visiting our country👏🙏🏻
Thanks! 😃 My pleasure to come
After watching this, i really gotta visit the Philippines someday. Such a beautiful country and the people there are so friendly. Great vid. Thanks for sharing.
You should! My pleasure to show you 😃
close by in another neighborhood of Makati, there's Legazpi Sunday Market. Many of the same vendors from the saturday market are also at the Sunday market
Thanks for the info! I got to check it out 😀
Very tasty Chinese mooncakes and bibingka, a traditional Filipino pancake, contain salted eggs. In Manila, visit SM Mall of Asia and Okada...then go to Boracay, then Siargao. Have a nice day sir! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the tips! You too, have a great day!
Salted egg is usually not eaten on its own because it's too salty. You can mix it with vinegar, onions, and tomatoes and pair it with rice.
Thanks for the tips!
❤❤❤
Those two siblings seem like kids of a vip. They have a bodyguard while walking around, bro
Yes Filipinos can speak English mostly but I can't say the same for other South East Asians
Salted egg must eat with rice
I was surprised that you were able to name the location correctly unlike other foreign vloggers they will just say "Manila" just for the sake of the video even though they are not really in "Manila". 😉
Thanks! I try 😁😅
I love your interactions with the locals. True to yourself, you found samosas and a nice cold beverage. English is indeed their second language taught in all levels of their school systems. The lady's comment, your English is very good, well I am from California 😭
Thanks Bruce! I'm glad you like the video 😃 haha, even some locals over here, their English accent sounds like if they are from the states
I visited this market recently for my own channel and can confirm it's as vibrant as you've shown. Love seeing this through your lens too!
awesome! I'm glad you like it too!
You should eat salted duck egg with some kind of rice or it's a bit too salty...
I will next time 😁
Thanks for visiting Philippines and appreciating us, Filipinos. Keep safe and stay hydrated
Always! God Bless 😀
I agree with the suggestion of the girl to go to Baguio (pronounced bag yo) and Sagada
U should try kababs, biryani and curries from azaan halal cuisine. They are one of the famous vendors
Nice, will do it next time 😁
Salted eggs are dyed in red color to distinguish them from the boiled duck eggs that come in its naturally white color.
Nice, thanks for the info 😃
You can speak Mandarin. Cool.
I studied Mandarin when I was in high school but forgot most of it…
That's cool you can speak some too
For future reference the most common drinks are mango, buko, ube and pandan.
Thanks for the info
the salted egg is dyed pink it's not a natural color and not because of the salt. the only reason why it's pink or red is to distinguish it from a white egg. salted eggs are never eaten on its own it's always an additive to something else like a tomato salad or as a topping to baked goodies like bibingka (a Filipino delicacy popular during Christmas)
Nice, thanks for the info! It's tasty and looks cool 😋
🎉🎉
Salted duck egg: its red because its dyed to differentiate it from ordinary eggs. Its buried for a certain time period in extremely salted mud where the salt transfers to the egg thru osmosis. The salt transferred into the also preserves it. And then it is dyed red There are also whire salted eggs which are not colored. Salted egg is rareky eaten as is or by itsrlf. Usually it is sliced and combined into food, salads or pastries. 😊 Safe travels!
Thanks for the info! I appreciate it 😃
Awesome video! How many markets have you been to so far? There are so many out here and I have some recommendations if your just getting started!
The business card is also a very good idea! I know that personally every time I meet a vendor that I do business with I always ask if they have a card or whatsapp. I think I will have to get some cards made while I am here too!
Hey, I've only been to a few! I'm always up for recommendations 🤠
Yes, get business cards they are easy to pass out and it helps the channel!
Major respect for putting out a new video every day while you’re traveling! I know it’s not easy I’m backed up for months haha. I’ve been spending 16 hours a day exploring and recording. It usually then takes me about 4-8 hours to edit. Making it nearly impossible to post same day videos. I definitely see why Chris started the one take style. It makes a lot more sense for daily uploads 🫡 keep up the good work boss and even if we don’t meet up in PH I will continue to follow along with your journey!
How about 168 and 999 mall tutuban area? If you haven’t been let’s go I could meet you there tonight or Thursday, So many good people and good vendors there!
It’s actually Singapore lol, the number 1 English speaking Asian country. Thats their official language lol 😅 Yes, they have their own accent, but English is their language.
Nice, thanks for sharing but I know the Philippines have more English speakers
Watched for halal food bro
Nice bro!
Lol. Salty eggs like that in the Philippines are not eaten directly . Yes it's cooked but it for gourmet such as those in salad dressings or sandwiches. Unless you have a great tolerance to salty food then you can enjoy it but it's not really for directly eating it. We normally add this egg in ensaladas dressing or ensaymada pastries.
Haha, I'll keep that in mind for next time! Thank you for the info! 😊
Really enjoyed the tour , everything looks delicious 😋
Thank you 😋
Great easy going people, easy to get along with them, reasonable prices in general, trying to visit one day.
Please do!
Salted egg is red, because they are dyed red.
Nice! Thank you 😊
You don’t eat salted egg solo. You are gonna regret it. When you eat salted egg you make it into like a salad mixed with tomatoes and onions and eat it with rice.
Ok, great info for next time 😃
You and Ms. Sofia looks good together. Did you get her phone number? I hope you enjoy your vacation there and find a Filipina of your dreams. I promise that you will be the most luckiest person on earth. ❤❤❤🇺🇸🇵🇭🇺🇸🇵🇭🇺🇸🇺🇸👏🏼😎☀️✝️
Thank you for your sweet words! 😃
Salted egg is supposed to be eaten with something else like tomatoes.
Will try it soon thank you 🙂
Welcome to phil.😮

Is the food halal.
Some places have halal food
Some vendors are halal. U can ask the market admin they can guide you. Ask the guards about the admin desk
YOU CANNOT EAT THAT SALTED EGG ON ITS OWN. YOU NEED TO MIX IT WITH SALAD OR EAT IT WITH RICE.
Thanks for the info
Talk about Palestine bro
Sorry, I think thus is not a place to discuss your politics, otherwuse he'd be having another type of vlog. Why not make one yourself, eh?
@@doc2log who asked you!!
Everyone knows what's happening. This video is not about Palestine. You can make videos about it if you like
