I live in Quebec City. I film this city a lot. Russian artist from Quebec City, Canada. A city with authentic architecture, magnificent, bewitching and inspiring!
@@persephonehampton1238 You REALLY got offended over Javier's comment?? First of all, Quebec City is ROUTINELY said to be the most European-like city in North America, so stop acting like you've never heard that a million times before (you have). And Quebec City REALLY likes to hold on to French culture, as evidenced by the language, culture, etc., and that is their right to do so. Of course Quebec City has its own identity, but the OBVIOUS European/French influences also make it one of the most beautiful cities in the world. So, maybe you should enjoy knowing that vs. being easily offended.
@@persephonehampton1238 what is said is true this town is more european by its architecture and ambiance, narrow streets, old houses, no high buildings, and this make the charm of this town.
like old montreal...this is small part of the city the is keeping from aging...when need to be restored..it keep original as possible...this is small part of the town
well it is french English influence because french and English fought there and the last battle between french and english was fought there ,thus canada became a british colony
roger white I want to live there and honor my British/French Canadian/ German heritage. I can speak French and English just not German so I guess for that I'd just eat schnizels. lol

Ouih😇😇tu vivais à Québec ?
NN mais je souhaite y aller
I was there a couple months ago. Loved it. Quebec City is more European than Europe and more French than France.
How ignorant, that's like saying English Canadians or Australians are more European/British than Britain, they are their own thing entirely.

I once knew a man who had such long feet that he could not walk in the narrow streets of old Québec City!
I am confused. When people say Quebec city and Old Quebec city. Are they talking about two different cities?
No ... it's the same city.
Old Québec is the oldest and historical parts of it.
Same city but 2 different areas, the old city and the new more modern city, but is all Quebec. Really amazing, both !
