    It’s a bit hard for me cause I am new to yoga , but even with the messy exercise it worked a bit confort)) not only for the pain but it healed with my constipation also! Great thanks , God bless you for taking your time to make videos that educate people and help them! Blessed soul ❤

    I fractured my pelvis as a young teen - 18 years ago 😱 and I still experience pain. Nothing has been as effective as this in relieving it. Amazing. Thank you!

    Recovering from Endometriosis excision surgery last March. Only just been allowed to return to any kind of exercise/movement practice so I'm taking it slowly. This routine was really lovely and helped ease some of the soreness and discomfort. Thanks for sharing!

    Hello Joelle, thank you very much for these yoga poses. Currently, I am undergoing fertility treatment and having severe pelvic pain due to various reasons.     Thank you so much . I m bleeding even if my cycle has already finished because I took a resveratrol supplement and then I discovered I should not since I suffer from fibroids. After 4 hours of pelvic pain and abnormal bleeding I made this lesson and my sensation of weakness, of fainting has disappeared and my bleeding has diminished

    Is it normal to get a pelvic pain after doing more workout then you usually do?
    I can't walk properly due this pelvic pain 😭.

      It's hard to say what is "normal" since every body is different and it will depend how used your body is to strengthening and stretching work. Have you tried this practice for period pain? (ruclips.net/video/r6hyWhp5rQg/видео.html) It could also be helpful for pelvic pain. Sometimes it's all about finding which practice is best for you and your body.

    well this seems like a great work out for someone in first and second trimester. I don't think it takes into account those in third trimester, all that knee to chest, on back, etc. not very easy when pelvic pain starts third trimester to do these

      @@s.i.7355 When we struggle with forward folds, it's most often due to tightness in the hamstrings, calves or even lower back.
