    Things I learned from fittuber and following it.
    1. Wake up early
    2. Drink warm water after waking up
    3. Oil pulling
    4. Breathing exercises (15minutes) and balayam
    5. Any healthy concoction before breakfast, e.g., aloevera juice, amla juice, etc.
    6. Healthy breakfast (made by me)
    7. Exercise and streching
    8. Finish my dinner before 8 pm
    9. Drink turmeric milk at night (better for sleep)
    10. Reading a book before sleeping at night(preferably spritual)
    11. Meditation and affirmation before sleeping
    12. No electronic items 1hour before bed
    13. Nofap till now
    14. Follow a proper skin care and hair care routine.
    15. Switch to healthy alternatives of refined things, (for ex- sugar with jaggery, refined oil with mustard oil, table salt with rock salt, etc)
    16. Always check ingredients list before buying anything.
    17. Eating mostly healthy foods or you can say सात्विक भोजन
    18. Knowledge increased about ayurveda
    19. Finally living a peaceful and healthy life

      @@Olivia-bs5wj yes infact you can see a glow in tour face without creams
      I myself had worst lifestyle like using phone for15 hours , only ate junk food, skipping of food with 3 to 4 hour of sleep .and because of that I was malnourished, underweight, had dark circles, pimples , heavy hairfall( literally i had bald patches), severe headache, extreme weakness, respiratory problems and constipation
      But after 2 years I recovered from it I do dry fasting on ekadashi , celebacy,meditation, limited use of phone ,deep breathing, yoga, aurvedic way of home-cooked food and most important stay away from negative people thoughts , be stress free,read Bhagwat gita. Minimized using any artificial chemical plastics
      I had lose skin ,with little fine lines and wrinkles as well as dark circles
      Now my face don't have those wrinkles, it's glowing tight without any use of cream though I use homemade face packs , thankfully my hair grew back I look way young than before

    I have a humble request which I want to make through this platform. You always give references of ancient Ayurvedic texts and your solutions really work! I want to give this message to the authorities to realise the importance of the precious ancient knowledge and inculcate them in the school curriculums so that kids know about it and feel pride in their country! Like the books you refer to, the chapter excerpts in a simplified form! The change would be revolutionising!!!!!

      Yes bro, I'm also doing one biggest challenge, that is cook all my meals ,i don't even eat outside, bcoz mother doesn't know to cook fd.s as per ayurveda😅...... still I've taken many challenges like i stopped college studies &started learning vedas,i do yoga+workout+meditation+tratka daily, i learn for 4-5 hrs a day(not modern studies)........
      For me Taking risk is like eating rusk, but my life is......

    Me and my mom almost everyday feed strays 🙂 best selfless work especially in winters 🥶 feed them and give them warm space near your house by using old clothes,blankets etc..

    5. Practicing celibacy:( or else having controlled sexual activity)

    1.After I have started watching your videos I am addicted to go through the ingredients of product before buying.
    2. Keep an eye on the food I Eat.
    3.100% boycotted junk food.
    4. Keep an eye on daily routine...........

      It's rather unfortunate that these age-old Ayurveda ideas on longevity for example, which have originated here in India, are unknown to most of us, who look towards the West for everything. Anything Ayurvedic must be validated by Science to be accepted by many of us even now.
