Just received one of these printers, thank you for this video, could not have set it up without it. Cannot believe Epson did not put assembly instructions in the box and their qr code links to none as well. Great Job!

I just got the Epson F6370 yesterday. Am having problems printing from the included software (Epson Edge Print)
When a job is sent to print it will initialize the printer but but get an error as if it's timing out.
I've put calls into Epson support with no actual help/results.
I'm abut given up at this point as it seems the tech support at Epson is no help.
If anyone here has experience this and got it resolved, please share.

Great video! Got the printer all set up but I'm having and issue with the display screen saying "Ink level reached lower limit. Refill and hit OK" I just filled all of the inks like in the video and installed the chips correctly but it's not seems to not recognize that they been filled and I can't proceed past this screen. Any thoughts on how to fix this? The chips are are from new bags and looked just fine. I handled them delicately but yeah, not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated!
Hey there, sorry to hear you are having trouble with the printer - we do offer tech support to our customers but it sounds like it could be the reader or motherboard. May be best to connect with Epson directly 562-276-1305
thank you for this video , I have a question regarding the sublimation ink , does this printer have any known issues with sublimation ink charge or dry ink in pipes or printhead , I am willing to order one but I feel risky as I cant be sure that it will run every day or another day ,
Hello - there is no known issue with ink clogging when using Epson ink and performing the scheduled maintenance (weekly and as needed). Even if the machine is not being regularly used, the weekly maintenance is highly advised to prevent issues
