Well, splatoon 2 was around 5 years before Splatoon 3 in-game. And inklings/octolings only gain the ability to enter full kid form at 14. So unless new agent 3 is 19 in splatoon 3, she was too young to be on any splatfest team. As for which side she supported, absolutely chaos.
