As a die-hard Celtic fan, I am so sick of the NBA media constantly critizing the Celtics that they don't have a killer instinct. They have only lost 2 games so far throughout the playoffs! Also, I am sick of hearing how the other teams have injuries. Porzangas has been hurt and not playing during this run for the Celtics. Media bias towards the Celtics is ridiculous.

I like Tim Legler but to say “the Celtics had a harder time putting their opponents away than we thought” - when they won both series in 5 games, and every win except one was by double digits, is a dumb comment. The Celtics have taken care of business just as expected. AND they did not have Porzingis at all for the 2nd round series.
Cleveland gave them a tough time. Admitting that shouldn’t be a problem and if you watched the games it was also evident.

Yes Cleveland competed hard and played the Cs well but to say they gave the Cs a tough time in this series is a stretch. The Cs advanced past the Cavs with ease and in a dominant fashion. In not one of the games the Celtics won did we fans believe Cleveland was going to win - and that includes game 4, which I watched every second of.

You realize they faced two horrific teams right? Miami with Butler is a pretty mid team, but without they are trash. Cavs without Jarrett Allen and Mitchell, horrific team. Our top 7 besides Porzingis have finals experience, Jrue won a chip, and we have been to the ecf 6 out of 8 years, we are tested. Also you can celebrate for making the ecf its not gloating only 4 teams make it and if it was so easy in the east then why did no one else do it? This squad has been battle-tested for years after knocking on the door several times now. You can argue they have the freshest legs and that will be essential in the Finals when everyone is battered and tired. ESPN just loves to hate Boston

As a diehard Celtics fan I said this to one of my friends. We will not take no team for granted the whole playoffs even if the team has injuries. Everyone is gonna bring there best every night and people continue to criticize the Celtics as an easy run for a championship. These guys are trying there hardest to bring that trophy back to the promise land.
Celtics are the kings of playing down to their competition, no matter how close the game was they knew they could score on them easily and defend those players easily, Marcus morris had 25 points for crying out loud but would it have been more competitive if Cavs were healthy yes of course but you would have also seen a different side of the Boston Celtics.
Yeah, the Celtics who are 8-2 this post season having an average margin of victory of 18.5 points have been really letting their guard down 🙄.

Really hoping the Knicks get Anunoby back and can give the Celtics a real series. They need to be pushed before the finals. Even with Anunoby I’d take Celtics in 5, but right now they can have a mediocre night and still win by double digits. They need a team that can at least force them to play their best ball if they want to win.
