I couldn't be happier I found your channel. So funny and love the love for the culture. My Grandma taught me so much and I still make her insanely delicious sauce to this day to remember her. She used to make long fusilli pasta for me on some Sunday dinners because it was my favorite.

Talking about the amount of gluten rising in the past few years literally pulled my finger to the subscribe button.
I don't think that everyone can eat better quality pasta with less gluten and not get sick but I have found that I can!

Unless you suffer from an autoimmune disease called coeliac, there is zero relevance to how much gluten you eat. You do not gain any health benefits by cutting down on gluten.
@@Banzybanz that isn't correct at all. You don't have to have full blown Celiac to be gluten intolerant. Please do research before stating things as fact. I'm gluten intolerant but don't have full celiac.
