I don’t owe anyone becuz I paid it if after 1 year of building. All full size appliances, 2 sleeping lofts, huge shower and I am able to travel. I’m thinking about buying a few more and offer BNB rentals. Allow them to pay for themselves. ♥️♥️♥️♥️ I am FREE….
I've had 2 tiny homes. They were better than any large house I've lived in because you have to organize EVERYTHING! Being organized reduces stress. 🙌🏾🌿 AuntieBevJones
I'm living in one temporary..My mother had it built to become part of her second Airbnb..Its cute but too small for my liking, and I dont have any space for my 40 amazing plants lol.. There's a nice size room, with a kitchenette, no stove, separate bathroom(shower/mini sink, toilet and a few shelves)..This would be perfect for a disabled or elderly person

Did you look at container homes too? I know there are 'architects' that make to your specs. I have been looking here in Ny to see if I would be able to do that or the tiny home.That one looked nice.
This are okay, but be careful because manufacturers KNOW people are looking for more affordable options and have JACKED the price up on these small/tiny homes. I do container structures and for the same price or LESS you could typically come out with LARGER square footage and standard room with options to expand. For example, the one that cost $66K you could do a container build for about $25K everything included.

Great video. If 66k is in your new home budget, I wonder if you've looked into amish built cabins. There are many round that price and they deliver and set them up all over the United states.
The amish cabins are really nice, well based on seeing the "sheds" (Yoder builders). I live in Indiana, and they make them relatively locally. My husband has his heart set on getting an amish shed.
These houses that The Leads showed us may be just a hundred sq ft give or take smaller than my house....built when houses' original footprints would be considered small by today's standards. Been living here 23 years and mortgage/debt free for 16 of those years. That for me more than makes up for any issues that come with small space living. And the bonus of less to clean, less materials needed for home projects, less to heat and cool which translates to less expenses etc.

Lead, I was outside today watering my son's pumpkin patch, and believe it or not. My momma was like you can build a tiny house back here on my land. Seriously I was thinking about it too, she read my mind because my sons my daughter, and my sister all stay with her and I need my own space again but without leaving her. I love tiny homes. Yes, those steps are treacherous. I hike many different terrain, but the steps in tiny homes make me super nervous. The side step game is real if there isn't any railing. 😅

I have been watching videos about tiny homes with the hope of owning one in the future. I have seen floor plans with standing lofts and single level homes. They are out there. I understand not wanting to crawl into your bedroom.

Loft is limited space because of maximum height for moving with no permit and pass under power lines and bridges. Less than 14’6 might even be 13’6.
