I have a meniscus blunting that has not healed for 3 years. I have tried physio chiro and resting but have had minimal luck. Is there a possibility that my meniscus cannot heal because of the layout of my feet which are flat? And if so could orthotics be the answer to my meniscus being able to heal?
    Thank you

@@raheemabdul6047 3 years is a long time and you may want to have it reevaluated. Usually it should heal in six to eight weeks. I'm not sure if your medial or lateral meniscus is affected, but orthotics may help if the foot pronation is causing a malalignment of the knee. You may also want to try to a compression knee sleeve to support the knee.
