After following the Kingdom Hearts franchise for a few years now, I only started playing the games earlier this month when they become available on the Switch. So excited to finally tether my admiration for the games to some firsthand experience.
The thing about *Hikari* versus *Simple and Clean* is, I don't like the chorus in *Simple and Clean*; too slow, not a fan of the tune as much, and the lyrics aren't as good as they are in *Hikari's* chorus. And the bridge is better, too. However... *Simple and Clean* has the better lyrics in the verses, I think. Tho, again, I prefer the faster lyrics there, too (Hikari). But slow as they are, the lyrics (Simple and Clean) fit better. I guess cuz they're less specific. The rest of the song is less specific, so it feels out of place when she starts singing about specific situations.
