- Last Thursday night I headed out into downtown Albany for a fun little over night stay. My basic dinner was as good as always, I had a fun time hanging out with Jeremy and checking out the ice rink reminded me that I need to go do that before the season is over. Happy camping!
😮😮😮😮 wtf is wrong with people? That poor bear!! How could it have walked away after recovering from that tranquilizer not injured? My heart stopped for a moment when I heard the thump from his fall 😢😢😢
Yeah I’m not sure what they were thinking, it was pretty small too
Morons could have just let the bear come down, totally got messed up when it fell. Little black bear too, they’re scared of everything
I know that angered me when I saw that... bear must've plopped like 25-30 feet atleast..
Yeah exactly, I'm sure it would've came down after a little while if they didn't all gather at the base of the tree
I felt the impact when that bear hit the ground...and then people cheering...really erked me as well!
And then everyone cheering when it fell down....people are so ignorant.
@@charlesmuller120 Yeah, I don't understand people.
Brussel sprouts and sleeping in a car? Make sure the windows are cracked and don’t light a flame.
love this haha i have classes on campus in the city but commute and my terrible schedule on certain days gives me multiple hours in between classes. Sometimes I half-setup my runner for camping and just hang out in there for a bit lol
Thank you. That sounds like a good spot to go get away without wasting time leaving campus!
pretty nice and the perfect car size, thx for that.
Nice bud
Looks awesome!
Thanks, it was a fun night
Either than that horrific video of that poor bear, great video!
Thank you! Yeah i don’t know why they couldn’t just wait, or have a better method to catch it.
Good job. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
My type of camping. How much room do you have if the back seats were down
I’m not sure as I haven’t measured exactly but probably 5 feet and 9 -12 inches of room, I fit in there with some extra space but I’m only 5 foot 6 inches.
Was that lia toyota? Cool video I bought a Toyota 4runner there and a Tacoma in Saratoga springs.
Thank you. It was Northway Toyota in Latham
I wanna buy 4runner and use it to travel around other states. But thinking hows the gas mileage. Is it good vehicle to use for long driving?
It’s a great reliable vehicle but if you’re not going offroad I’d get something with better fuel economy, we get 13-16mpg.
I have a stock 20 TRD off road and have never gotten below 19 mpg city and 22 freeway with normal driving. Closer to 24 on state hiways at 65 mph. Off road driving is lower of course. Main thing is keep it streamlined - unless you actively need that huge rack and tent, remove them. Massive wind drag. Too much lift can also affect mpg. I also use ethanol free gas which increases mileage.
Big Jerm
Lol everyone eats steak when SUV camping!
That 4runner gonna smell really bad at 3 am lol. Steak and brusselsprouts make the worst parts, believe me.
Also I wish I wasn't so tall, I don't can't sleep in most SUVs, and if I do, it's barely and not comfortable, plus I have 2 dogs that aren't small. I guess a long truck bed and camper top would be my only option.
I don’t think I’d be able to sleep in there if I was any taller, you could definitely get a truck with a 6.5ft or 8ft bed and get a topper to sleep in, that’d be comfortable
You can have a 75” long mattress in there, 75” will snuggly/tightly fit into place up against the center console…but you need to do two things. You need to remove the back seat bottoms (extremely easy), and you just need to then create a level (with whatever) on the back floors that come up to being level with the folded forward backseats. Yeah this setup allows a 75” long mattress. With the seat bottoms still in there you’re maxing out at a 66” long mattress (although even then you could just get the right mattress thickness to become flush with the rolled forward seat bottoms, sleep with your head by the lift gate, move the front seats forward all the way, and then just simply have your ankles hang over the edge (we do this ALL the time on recliners and it’s perfectly comfortable!!)
Irresponsible to drive and film with one hand. Sure way to get in an accident. If so, all you will be able to say is "I didn't mean to cause harm"... yet here you are, driving in the snow while filming. May I never cross paths with you while you "drive".
Shut up Grandma
