- British Drum Co. Impromptu street performance in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester. Featuring The IMP Series Drum Kit.
The IMP Series drum kit is all about attitude and attention to detail, meeting the needs of the modern gigging drummer without compromising on build quality. Designed like a full size kit only smaller with true to scale proportions. Fits in one case* for easy transportation *not supplied.
The shell is made up from 8 ply, 3.5mm maple, using a vertical grain to create a warm and deep tone, finished inside and out in our popular Kensington Knight finish.
Available sizes: 16 x 10 bass drum / 13 x 10 floor tom / 10 x 6 rack tom and 12 x 5.5 snare.
The IMP series drum kit comes with a bass drum riser, tom holder and foldaway spurs.
WHAT? That kick has some pump to it for the size jeez
Wonderful!
I played the kit at DCP in the US and it sounds great.
love the sound of the kit, is killer!
Big love for this! 👌🏼😎
I want that kit for Christmas! 😊 Sounds fantastic!
Is this a nesting kit? If not, how do four drums fit into one case? A video demo of what that looks would help those of us out who are in the market for an easily transportable kit. Howver, great sounding drums
They all fit into a Hardcase Tumba.
No. It's not designed to be a nesting kit. All drums have batter and reso side heads. But there is a compact case designed to carry the entire kit.
Lovely....
Nice
Sounds baller
Ooo how much does it cost? Thanks 😊 sounds great.
Who’s this great band?

Great sounding. But impromptu my ass. :-)
Impromptu by definition...
1. Prompted by the occasion rather than being planned in advance.
2. Spoken, performed, done, or composed with little or no preparation.
This was neither. The fact that it was unpaid and outdoors is irrelevant.
its 1600 quid.....mmm....
What are these cymbals?
@Spencer Sher Thank you!!
Own the City Pack and it is legit! Ride is awesome; HH are definitely usable. Not a fan of the 16 crash; but the pack is priced to make that a bit of a throw away cymbal! Get a 18" cymbal bag too if you get the set as it makes it really easy to transport with a smaller kit.
Interested as to why you felt the need to steal the badge design off Beverley drums? And the price is ridiculous. As if street performers could afford this kit. Buy an old premier jazz kit instead.
Do you think that an old premier jazz kit cost so much less?
Ridiculously overpriced!
Small shells doesn’t mean any less craftsmanship went in to them. Outside of most people’s budgets? Sure. World class drums and company? Absolutely.
Gay.
