We are currently taking a cruise ship (MSC’s Splendida) from Dubai to Qatar, and today is our first stop of Abu Dhabi! A local picked us up at the cruise port and took us to all the must-see and do spots! Highlights include the local fish and vegetable market, Emirates Palace, a 23 karat gold cappuccino, a Lebanese lunch, the FASTEST ROLLER COASTER IN THE WORLD, and of course… the Grand Mosque! Abu Dhabi was better than we ever could have imagined thanks to our new friend @nanotraveldiary! :)

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

Cannot say thank you enough to you guys! Breaking down the stereotype that all Arabs are angry all the time. The best part of the video, the call to prayer at the Grand Mosque. Most people when they hear Allah u Akbar, they think of evil people looking to harm innocent people but it has nothing to do with that. It is just a call to prayer and as the video showed, a beautiful thing to listen :). Thank you once again for taking a trip to the Middle East :)
Allah u Akbar is not what we want to hear shouted in a railway station or street or any public place in the west. Of course, we’d duck or run. Because innocent people have been killed and injured. Please, understand that. Thank you.

I work as an anesthesiologist in the UK. A lady give birth to a lovely girl , I did ask have u got a name for her, she said yes Kara. You straight away came across my mind, I told her next baby should be a boy and you have to call him Nate.

A lot of other travel youtuber's started with passion for travels but now their videos seem a little fake, staged and even though they are cinematic, color graded and pretty, they lack good content and passion for exploring. Nagham Badawi sorry for writing your name incorrectly, was not easy to understand 😊😊 I was in Dubai long time ago, in 1992, was quite a different city then, so UAE is on the list sometime in the future, would love to visit Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jebel Jais and so on! Would be fun to make a tour for Kara and Nate here in my city of Zadar and surroundings, but they have already been to Croatia.
