Hi nice video eugene, i have a problem during aero position. I use glasses like you. Sometimes i cant see clearly when im in aero position because i face down (my eyeglass is pointing downward) . Should i bend my neck to see forward?
As a start, I think it is good to start off with just body weight exercises. Push ups. Pull ups, yoga ball core exercises are a good start for new cyclist. Remember that as a cyclist, the objective of strength training is to improve stability on the bike and not to put on too much mass/size.
I saw many videos on this speed increase topic but your is best one. It really works well thanks
