it's unfortunate how Zanzo does not have a boss theme, or an actual boss fight for that matter which makes total sense in the game anyway, he really defunded hismelf that hard Thought I'd totally imagine there gotta be some kind of Jojo music influence if he HAS a boss theme XD
Imagine like he actually got to use those swords successfully lol, but I’d have to guess the song he’d have one of the MANY songs used as names in the jojo series
Join the Vandelay Family! We have: “POTEMKIN BUSTER!”, “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure”, Scotty Dommy Mommy, Madannona does K-Pop, The Wolf of Wall Street, and Vergil if he were into Stonks!
@@joshuagross3151 I was more thinking of a small group of people setting a standard but yea. Your right that 'Corporations' isn't the best word to use.
Nah. They did not destroy the company, just kicked out bad elements. This is something that annoys me: the game reinforces the idea that capitalism is actually perfect and flaws are results of bad actors. You litteraly save the word by purging said bad actors and keeping the infrastructure the same.
boss nutshells: QA-1mil (Qaimil / Kaimil): standard epic first boss Rekka: someone who gives rawk hawk vibes, tipical lucha libre cheater zanzo: an excellent fusion of the tipical bowser and enemy rush boss battles, also a jojo's fan korsica: an honorable foe, tipical parappa / timing boss, still epic mimosa: tipical show off celebrity, and fiendish oportunistic harpy roquefort: a two fold brawl against the brain and the brawn, greedy, and debtful in life to the villain kale: capitalistic vergil
@@mikithekynd „I will now pay child support. You want to know why? Now I’m incorporated. I make so much money, the amount I have to spend on child support is minimalistic in comparison.“ Edit: fixed incorrect spelling.
I felt the game took inspiration from Devil May Cry, JSRF, Persona5, No Straight Road, Sunset Overdrive, Kingdom Hearts, The World Ends with You, Scott Pilgrim Vs The World and some action cartoons from 2000s and early 2010s.
The bosses gameplay progression wise are similar to MGR bosses (QA-1MIL is your introduction boss like Ray, Rekkha is somewhat simple but does teach you about the game somewhat like Mistral. Korsica not only defects but also requires you to learn the parry like Bladewolf. Monsoon and Mimosa are just bastards. Roquefort and Sundowner play similar roles as second fiddles to the big bad. Armstrong and Kale are the big bad with some reason you might not want to fight him, but have to)
I think that's a little confused... there's more like 6, but more like "Perfection or death (QA-1mil), I am the Hype (Rekka), The confused outcast (Korsika), the diva (Mimosa), Hungry, for money, like the wolf (Roguefort), Mr. Mommy issues (Kale)"
The soundtrack is different depending on if you have Streamer mode On or Off in the options menu. On means that there’s original soundtrack playing and Off means that the game will play some songs from other artists
These themes are all sampling the licensed music. The most obvious one is Too Big To Fail, because it sounds a lot like "1,000,000" by Nine Inch Nails.
@@nagimbaiburin650 I wish I knew, I came to this video for the same reason but, no matter how many times I listen to the boss themes, I don't know which one is sampling Lonely Boy.
@@BorntoOrnn If you're lookin' for the one that sounds like a parallel universe's version of "Lonely Boy", you're looking for the Glass Pyramids' "The Beacon". As @nomo3457 has kindly pointed out, it plays during the opening cinematic.
Tbh I like too big to fail and in a blink better just listening on their own. I really want to like nin but when I listen I always feel like the vocals are slightly out of tune so maybe it’s just not for me
for some odd reason, those two songs sound 10x better ingame when you are adding you own guitar hits to the beat. especially when QA-1MIL does his laser attack. though i do like in a blink better cause it just sounds way more hype for a final battle.

Zanzo doesn't have a license song. It's the chase scene afterwards that does.
Apparently, it's called "Inazawa Chainsaw" by Number Girl.

The fact that the first song is calling out other corporations by singing "Too big to fail" over and over again.
_Other_ corporations?
...Yeah, because Bethesda's _certainly_ a bastion of unmitigated successes and _totally_ finished products.

I love how there's little elements of the liscensed tracks in the original themes. You can really hear it in the tracks that used Nine Inch Nails

In the Japanese he's literally voiced by Okuyasu's JP VA
