Thanks for this video. Same thing happened to me and I’m gonna have to make this repair too. I’ll probably hate adventure bikes too after this 😅 (Gen 2 OEM upper crash bars with 3 mount points… inclined to just remove them)

I started hating, following your work - and sans the broken bracket I've been digging in there and installed the same gps bracket (and a denali sound bomb mini under the beak). My Tomtom 550 is shaking like my hand when my hand is close to the cookie jar - now I understand why. The custom bracket is actually well made, but the foundation is really shaky At the very least, cars move over when I honk now.. Lots of nice tips - thank you for sharing your journey.

I have a GT PRO with the exact same upper crash bars. I dropped my bike in dirt and the exact same thing happened to my sub-frame. I ordered a new one but now I'm worried I'll find additional damage such as you did on the headlight mounting points. Thanks for doing this video. It will definitely help me when I replace mine.

Can you lower the music? TY. now seriously, didn't you think once you were changing the OEM bracket to substitute the DIN cigarette lighter with a USB-C type plug? Have you look for one on the web? I want to do that to my 900 Rally P. On the 2024 models, Triumph change them, type and location.... they climb one step into technology.... any ideas? Thanks

Larry, FYI, with so many plastic parts on modern vehicles a plastic welder is actually available. Most high end body shops have them to repair parts as opposed to replacement. I think you can find some vids here to check this process out. Anyhoo sorry your fall that has caused you such a pain.

Oh my Larry. what a pain in the ass to repair all that. pretty surprising that kind of damage for that easy of a tip over. Got say this video had me cracking up a lot.

I'm sure someone can manufacture an replica bracket for you from better aluminium instead if the original cast aluminium bracket.

Unfortunately there are not good points to attach crush bars to Tiger 900. Crushability of the Tiger is not great. Not all adventure bikes are like that.
