Nice assembly job Richard! I believe in a short time you will adjust to the 6500 K lights and you won’t want a dimmer. As I age I prefer more light to be able to work under. They also use very little power overall.
I came, I liked, then I watched, why watch first, I know I’ll like what I see and learn something too.

Hello Clint, I was thinking of the dimmer mainly to conserve my solar electricity. The 14 hex uses 640 watts. Thank you so much for hanging in there with me. Please keep liking and watching!

@@oldschoolautoupholstery according to the all knowing Google, yes you save some power but since LED lights are so efficient the savings is minimal.

As a mobile high-end automotive electronics guy, I did (3) jobs in (3) days in a client’s garage and I found the hexagonal pattern a big distraction. It seems like a cool idea but in daily use I would go for straight LED lighting, especially if you work on black shiny cars. Fabrics absorb and diffuse light, so it’s probably OK for upholstery and sewing work.

Very expensive system, unless you run a RUclips channel. There are cheaper methods to get similar illumination and coverage. I might add, much cheaper. Being on fixed income, this is just unobtanium.
