2 see the dream as a dream is not a problem...just turn urself around and see where the last day ...hours are gone...are just a memory and memory is thought and thought is empty void. Though when u deep asleep in the dream and believe the dream is real u not get it...maybe when a nightmare appears or more...u will wake up...doesn't matter if day or night dreams actually. I can see why the label of dream, although description labels aren't easy in these cases. To me it seems more like a program game. (Having been both a dreamer and a gamer). That said, it seems like this gamer character is trying to wake up the player behind it. You get points for even attempting to describe these things in a public forum. 💥 As an aside, i just now listened to a well known non-duality type speaker use the phrase that if a person thinks they know they couldn't be further from knowing. I find those sayings a type of belief game to re-direct a person from ever knowing the truth, because they will be set up with a belief that they can't know. Similar to that old saying, " he who knows doesn't say and he who says doesn't know." That phrase is another re-direction to get one from knowing, as if knowing can't be attained. So it was refreshing to listen to your words right after that other guys. 💥

"Nothing happened.." what is the definition of something happening? If two people both observe a car accident and tells a mostly similar story about it, how can it be said that "nothing happened".... maybe I'm lost in translation, so many of these sayings become consepts themselves..

@@MajorCulturalDivide The apparent miserable things in the body are not separate from thoughts, in other words the apparent things are 100% dependent on the miserable thoughts to then be considered miserable things, the things in this case may be a sense of contraction in the body, that thought then labels anxiety, a sense of isolation/ separateness, the sensation doesn’t become a thing until thoughts label them as such. It’s not that the sensation is a miserable sensation and then the mind steps in and labels it a miserable sensation, it’s the opposite in fact, the thoughts first create a miserable story about something happening in the body which creates a sensation in the body which is identified as a miserable sensation, the thoughts and sensation arise almost simultaneously which is why it can be difficult to identify which comes first the sensation or the thoughts, it’s usually the thoughts unless of course there is pain in the body in which case the sensation/pain arises first followed by a story about the pain.
