In Sweden cropping their ears and dock their tails is forbidden and so also in a big part of Europe. It's animal abuse to do it. And the sad thing is that the minpins with docked tails has phantom feelings of the tail. Tragic
It's usually done when they're one week old. My puppy was already docked but I did not cut her ears. Her ears are so cute. I actually like her little nubby Wagga tail, but a natural tail is better
Juniper Cosmic I agree, I don't like it either. I have a min pin and he came with cropped ears and tail. I would have never done that to him. I prefer them natural and uncropped. Not to mention it's cruel. I can only imagine the pain the pup feels due to this stupidity.

First off I would be more concerned if they had their ears and tail cropped at an older age, when they are this young it might as well be the equivalent of a baby boy being circumcised... they are too young and will most likely not remember it being done, plus the reward is greater than the risk.
