It's time for a Switch 2 now. This game is fun and playable. Although it would be better to see a technologically completed game. Switch shows it's age; especially on menus and career mode.
switch FIFAs have always been behind the other consoles. It was the same version as PS3/360 until FIFA 23. from 24 onwards which is now the version we had on the one/ps4
If the Switch can handle so many other demanding games (first party and ports), then is it down to the age of the technology or how well/poorly games are ported and optimised?
Look at it like this They finally decided to make the full game for the Switch in anticipation for the Switch 2, so they will have their development ready for the new hardware. So it is good they started to make this version now.
I got 24 and I thought for what the console is they did a good job. I don't mind a good down-port. My only issue is I couldn't play online. Games constantly failed out and disconnected. I would buy this one if I knew I could actually play online. It's the only game I have (of many across PC/PS4/Switch/Steam Deck etc) that has any issues with online play as I have fast and stable internet. Other than that I think these are actually solid ports for the aging Switch, and will play even better on Switch 2 as it's going to be backwards compatible
My fc25 on switch ga almost all delayed main menu on career mode. And i think there is a bug that i cant use instant substitute with zr thumb, even there is an icon in the game. Or it just only me?
I have 'Fifa 22' on my Nintendo Switch. Do you think that fc 25 has come closer to the Playstation/Xbox versions or in your opinion it still has the same gameplay limitations (for example the fluidity of player movement)
it's a fundamentally new game as the last entry FC 24 brought it up to the current engine and is feature complete with the PS4/Xbox One versions of the game. PS5/PC/Xbox Series are yet another tier above that in a more feature rich and powerful engine etc.

Yes, it's included, but I turned off all music in this video to avoid copyright claims.

It's on par now content wise with the PSX/XBox versions but I can't say technically as I've never played those, only on Switch.

If you have fast internet connection it takes around 1 - 2 hours.
