Charlie what does "a fair shake" mean to you? That the jury will be blind to the overwhelming evidence of your guilt? Give it up, Charlie. None of the people you're complaining to even believes you're innocent.
Does Mike rely on Charlie financially or is he just morbidly curious? What does he get out of this “friendship” that is worth associating with someone who did what Charlie did?
Sounds like this guy had told Charlie he should flee the jurisdiction (the "take a vacation" talk), and Charlie responds that he thought he could get a fair shake. Is everyone associated with the Adelson's complete scum?? Geez.
Sooner or later all these people will realize… Charlie is convicted guilty and will not take his calls, even if they do take his calls he is not getting out except for in a pine box 😮
All these calls talk about the closing statements. I'm going to have to watch them again. Charlie and Donna talk about no evidence on the prosecutor's side. What were they listening to? There was soooo much evidence against him {them}. Interesting.
A gazillion million calls and if I have to hear about the stupid suicide cell or the prosecutor lying or the same 3 things he's repeating nonstop to be truth.

Charlie's attorney was leading him on. He knew damn well Charlie was going to be found guilty. Charlie just bought his attorney a nice car with his fees.
I’m at a loss for words. An educated family of doctors and lawyers thought this was a good defense? It was so ridiculous. In my opinion, there was more reasonable doubt in the OJ case. This was a slam dunk
At around the 14 minute mark, Michael says “I told you what I thought of your story”, in other words he tried to warn Charlie the extortion lie wasn’t plausible, but of course, Charlie didn’t listen.
Charlie thinks the jurors go through every piece of evidence. In fact most juries have their mind up before deliberations. It’s why they take a vote first. Him and Donna think it was a fixed verdict cause they weren’t out two days at least. And no Donna, because he had an answer for everything doesn’t mean it’s believable. You recall the date, day and time of a comment from over 9 years but thought Georgia was ridiculous to expect him to remember a gift they gave his dad
Yeah your mum will come visit you once you get to prison 😅 scratch that she can't coz shes locked up lol looks like dad is the only one left to listen to his patheticness 😅
Why do they keep saying that he could have gotten a fair shake anywhere else. I’m in Colorado and you still would have gotten convicted and it wouldn’t have mattered if the jury was all white, all black, all Mexican or all Asian. You were guilty and the venue was not going to matter. You could’ve been in England and those people would have given you a guilty verdict. Because you are guilty man.
yeah well bit too late to pull the dad card when you ended the life of a great one, who only thought of bis own, and tried the best he could to protect them from evil. repent on your sins of the ego and be greatful you were spared the justice of eye for an eye. swim in your guilt and do better next life. own your guilt, there lies redemption
This man seriously acting incredulously toward the jury... and toward the prosecutor... it's absolutely ridiculous. The evidence was staggering. He can't be this stupid, so he must be a complete sociopath.
So this guy, Alex was offering things to Dan “Yeah he’s innocent WE don’t need that”… need what? And Alex has had legal ….? And may have a rabbit in the hat? A political rabbit? These “friends” of the Adelson’s all sound crooked as hell. I hope the FBI visited Alex, Susan & the other man, caught on that hot mic, and got some very interesting info. I think this is why Wendi when she saw crime scene tape couldn’t help and went to go look… I don’t think they wanted him dead.does not excuse his bad decision but I don’t think life without parole for him was right. Maybe 20-25 years.
She didn't tell him on the jail calls! The call to him dropped out, and she didn't know she had to hang up to stop the recording! Charlie's end of the call was dead, but hers wasn't, so her conversation with HARVEY continued, was recorded, and THAT'S when she talked about fleeing/ suicide. Charlie was completely unaware! @Shynestarlight2013
Correct!!!!
Michael says “you told me the story and I told you what I thought of it”. So obviously, Charlie ran the extortion story past Michael and he told him it sucks, don’t do it
this guy is pretty much saying -- i told you to flee the country..
read between the lines and you'll hear it.

💯
Wendi’s next book will be titled “How to get rid of your controlling family and your ex and get rich.”😊
I'm going through some of the earlier calls now. Nice of GiGi to get these all in order for us. Some of the earlier ones were pieces here & there. Nice to have them in time order.
Gigi!!! TY !! You ROCK!! 😘
Never does he say I didn’t do it. Never, not in any of these calls.
Did they offer him a deal before going through trial? Seems like he’s kicking himself pretty hard right now. “I should have known better.” Guilty people have funny little narcissistic brains. IMO
The red dial phone makes me laugh.
Yes!!! That looks like my family phone from the 70's!😂😂😂
Charlie what does "a fair shake" mean to you? That the jury will be blind to the overwhelming evidence of your guilt? Give it up, Charlie. None of the people you're complaining to even believes you're innocent.
Tallahassee or the Jury didnt have Dan killed, that Charlie & The Adelson's did to themselves.
Does Mike rely on Charlie financially or is he just morbidly curious? What does he get out of this “friendship” that is worth associating with someone who did what Charlie did?
I think for this reason alone Mike is one not to be trusted....😮
Mike is a relative, and extremely wealthy. Harvey is his first cousin.
Sounds like this guy had told Charlie he should flee the jurisdiction (the "take a vacation" talk), and Charlie responds that he thought he could get a fair shake. Is everyone associated with the Adelson's complete scum?? Geez.
Wealthy people live in a bubble it appears.
He tells the same storys to everyone he talks to 😅 what no air conditioning 😮 thats outrageous 😅 i hope he puts a complaint in 😅
Sooner or later all these people will realize… Charlie is convicted guilty and will not take his calls, even if they do take his calls he is not getting out except for in a pine box 😮
All these calls talk about the closing statements. I'm going to have to watch them again. Charlie and Donna talk about no evidence on the prosecutor's side. What were they listening to? There was soooo much evidence against him {them}. Interesting.
10:38 Interesting that he refers to "Vietnam prison cell"... so Charlie perhaps knew about his parents going to Vietnam?
Charlie loooves the sound of his voice. The guy has tuned him out 😅
He sure likes to talk !
A gazillion million calls and if I have to hear about the stupid suicide cell or the prosecutor lying or the same 3 things he's repeating nonstop to be truth.
You should've thought about all that before your family thought they were untouchable to take another persons life! How the hell do you think the Markle get thru every day. So selfish these Adelsons
That thumbnail of Donna 😂
I just wanted to say that the district attorney did such a fantastic job that I watched it twice. Adelson’s really hate her. 😂
The parents are ignorant; can’t you go outside and get some sun, Charlie?
😂😂😂
Never talks about Katie and Luis or Sigfredo , I wonder why 😮
Notice ĥow they have to keep saying the name DAN😅❤
Yes,there are no accidents in life! Karma!
“Small big town”😂😂😂😂😂
Charlie is crazy. Poor Michael having to listen to him go on and on and on….
Not poor Mike. He advised him to take a vacation.
Oh this is his cousin… Michael M… Texas. Where Wendi is going. I wonder if Michael’s mom is the next Donna?
When will this guy stop talking code. “I should a taken a vacation” 🙃
Code got him life.
He knows these calls are recorded but he still can’t stop himself, thinking no one will ever figure out what he’s talking about.
Oh boy 🤷♀️
Right, everyone else is stupid “3rd Grade Level” 🙄🙄🙄, I am in Oregon... based on the evidence.. my vote would be guilty!
Stop whining Charlie. It's over. Your defence was ridiculous and that is why you lost..
I could see Charlie or Donna giving up Wendy so Charlie could get a preferred prison placement. FBI deal with Federal choices
He wouldn’t go to federal prison on a state case.
@@SusanH578 if he turned federal informant he could be turned over to them
yeah well bit too late to pull the dad card when you ended the life of a great one, who only thought of bis own, and tried the best he could to protect them from evil. repent on your sins of the ego and be greatful you were spared the justice of eye for an eye. swim in your guilt and do better next life. own your guilt, there lies redemption
He starts off by saying he sure the prosecutor dotted the I’s and crossed all the T’s to make sure all was tight…. and???
This man seriously acting incredulously toward the jury... and toward the prosecutor... it's absolutely ridiculous. The evidence was staggering. He can't be this stupid, so he must be a complete sociopath.
How many calls are there?
So this guy, Alex was offering things to Dan “Yeah he’s innocent WE don’t need that”… need what? And Alex has had legal ….? And may have a rabbit in the hat? A political rabbit? These “friends” of the Adelson’s all sound crooked as hell. I hope the FBI visited Alex, Susan & the other man, caught on that hot mic, and got some very interesting info. But I guess they have to tell the truth first. 🤷♀️ If the FBI came knocking, and I did what Susan did, I’d be spilling my guts. Nobody wants the FBI watching you…..
