My daughter was pregnant with a child that the doctor said was going to be abnormal. She came to me for advice I told her that she should not have an abortion. I now have a grandson that is very intelligent and a very kind hearted person. He had a part-time job in the latter years of his high school and when he got out of high school he was able to pay cash for his new car. HOW AWFUL IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TO DO AWAY WITH HIM.

The doctor wanted me to abort my first child (I was 18 yrs old), and told me there would be something wrong with the baby since I contracted hepatitis during the first month of my pregnancy (well actually he diagnosed me with hepatitis one day and declared I was pregnant the next). My mother a "staunch" Catholic encouraged me to abort the baby and put my future ahead of the baby's life. I told them both NO, that I would trust God that my baby would be fine and normal....and guess what! God did not disappoint.

As a spoiled teenager in the sixtys,i was alittle out of control. Driving fast, racing, etc. When I found out I was pregnant, I suddenly realized I was responsible for a life and had to protect that life and change my life decisions. Now, at the age of 74,I have 6 beautful children and have never regreted.

My daughter was pregnant @16. Never any thought of abortion. My granddaughter is now a beautiful young lady, a blessing in our lives & an RN.
My mom was 15 and pregnant with me. She had a 6 month old too. My older brother. I'm an RN as was my mom. She passed in 2012. We went to nursing school together. Both became RN's in 1995. Congratulations on your beautiful granddaughter. 😊 God is awesome and faithful.

All basic physical characteristics, basic personality traits, hereditary health problems are already present.
Pregnancy involves to life human bodies.
Two beating hearts.

Can have two different, and even incompatible, blood types.

A baby's first and most important stage of development begins inside the safety of a woman's womb.
If that mother chooses drugs or alcohol during pregnancy, she can harm the child's most critical stage of development which can cause mental or physical disability for life.
And so many women are left mentally scarred by abortion, and some also physically.
I believe in compassion for those who made a mistake because they were lied to about abortion.
But I also believe the greatest compassion is to save women from going through the aftermath of an abortion for the rest of their lives.

As someone who volunteered as an an advocate for three years at a Christ-centered crisis pregnancy clinic, I can't even begin to convey the joy and gratitude to God, when an abortion-minded woman chooses to keep her child. When she sees that precious little life on the sonogram screen, all doubt of whether or not that's a human being inside her, completely vanishes. Thank God for this life-saving technology!
I was pregnant at 16 had my daughter at 17,her father try to push me into having an abortion,thank God I didn’t let him talk me into it…she is now 43 and he was never in her life but that’s ok because she had/has all the love she needed without him.

My mother was adopted in 1926. I’m sure getting pregnant without being married back then was shameful, but thank God my bio grandma did not resort to something drastic but gave birth to my Mom and made the brave decision to put her up for adoption. Now I am expecting my third grandchild!!

We knew a young couple in the late 1990’s that received troubling news about their new baby during a checkup. They were told that the baby would be born in a Vegetative State.
They were distraught because the doctors were pressuring them and shaming them to have an Abortion instead of waiting for the Fetus to be naturally born.
They resisted this advice and somberly carried the baby to full term while weathering the storm of nasty comments and snide remarks from the medical staff and others.
She gave birth to a Healthy Baby Girl!!!
It was amazing. They prayed throughout the pregnancy with fellow church members constantly.

All we could do was to comfort them while they went through their pain. Their fellow church members would all come to our place several times a week and pray for them. We would all look into each other’s eyes and I could tell that we were all somewhat skeptical of receiving any other outcome than what the Doctors had predicted. I’ll never forget the tears of joy we all felt witnessing such glory. 🙏🏽
My husband and I went through the same situation. We had been trying for several years finally pregnant and they told me my baby would be born handicapped and that I should abort. I was sick that they even suggested. We gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl .

Last summer I was driving through Trenton, NJ on a Sunday afternoon. I encountered a small demonstration calling for the " Woman's right to choose." It appeared to be a family of a mother, father and 2 teenage daughters. I asked a simple question, " So, did your mothers make the wrong ' decision?'" They were stunned. Their jaws dropped as well as their signs.

When I was pregnant with my youngest son they said he had a chance at having a defect too. They said also that it was a 50/50 chance that I'd miscarry if I had the test done pulling fluid out of the womb and I said No that I'm not having the test. That I'd except him no matter what happened. And he was born healthy and very smart. Now he is 25 yrs old. And I wouldn't change having him for anything in the world!

I had the opportunity to turn down IVF, and I don’t regret it. I have a genetic disorder that causes me to birth special needs children. I didn’t know it was possible until my first baby was born. She was diagnosed after my second baby was born, and they both are special needs. I desperately wanted a normal child. The doctor told me about IVF and that they would fertilize six eggs. Now that I look at it, it’s interesting that six was the number. They would genetically test each embryo for the genetic disorder and implant only a good one. I asked the doctor, ‘What if all six are normal? What if all six are viable?’ He shrugged and told me I would just have to decide how many I was willing to try to carry at that point. I was sick and told him that I could not ethically do such a thing and play God. I went home, and my husband and I got under a tallit and prayed to God and asked Him a very specific prayer. I conceived immediately following that prayer. I admit that I was scared. I’d had a lot of miscarriages, and I’d had two hard pregnancies already with emergency c-sections. But my baby was perfect. Everything we had asked God for. She was born, and I named her ‘Eliana’ for ‘The Lord Answers’. I truly believe God blessed my decision to throw myself at His mercy and put my faith in His will. I know IVF has saved a lot of women the pain of infertility, and I don’t condemn anyone who chose IVF, but I’m saying that I’ve seen not just the miracle of Eliana but other miracles for other moms as well who chose to say no and rely on God. One of my friends rescued and adopted an abandoned baby at the hospital only to miraculously conceive a baby five years later after giving up hope. God still hears the Hannahs weeping over empty wombs and arms.

Thank you for sharing. Similar story here. After, one miscarriage, reasonable treatment for infertility over a couple of years, diagnostic surgery discovering endometriosis, I chose not to play G-d and continue to IVF. I came to that point
of total surrender to His will in prayer, remembering Hannah, and the Lord soon blessed me with conception, one perfect pregnancy and birth of an only son.
I am convinced that the Lord is more involved in each conception than science would have you believe is random. God had a purpose to mature my faith in Him. And He demonstrated to me, in amazing and tangible ways, His great love and care in the process. All Praise and Glory to Him alone. ✝

Took my daughter out of public school three years ago. We could see the switch with how there attacking the public school systems going after our future the kids. This is serious we’re literally under attack from within.
I got pregnant at 18, was I ready? No was it planned? No, but you know what I didn’t do? I didn’t abort my unplanned child. Instead I embraced the fact that I was capable of growing another human in my body, and also a love that is like no other. She is 20 today, my first born, the one who gave me the title “mom”. Is it hard to raise a child yes everything worth fighting for is hard. Today I have 4 wonderful children and I wouldn’t change anything. I’m tired of the government scaring woman into believing they can’t raise a child because their not set in finances, I sure wasn’t set financially, but!!!! God provided and he will provide for them.
