Thanks so much for creating this video tutorial. My cameras are running v1.4.2 firmware (2/23/2023) so the "Tracking Start Location" setting seems to be removed in the latest firmware so there is no way for me to set the camera into "Track Now" mode. In my workflow I would like to zoom in on the subject and enable autotracking without the camera returning to the home position. Is there a HTTP CGI Command that I can add to the script to enable "Track Now" I did not see any in your Developer portal. If there is no additional command, can I get the version firmware shown in the video? Thanks.

Hi Eric, we have a firmware coming to fix this. If you can just wait a couple more weeks, our team knows about this feature request and is actively working on this.

Any word on the firmware update? We would love to have the autotracking available for our Christmas services. -- Eric@@PTZOptics

@5:13 I don't have many of the auto tracking options displayed. Such as Tracking Options for Time Delay and especially the Tracking Start Location.. That would be nice to have.... I checked my firmware and I have the latest version.

I wish I'd be financially stable and get a hands-on experience for the auto tracking on my vMix software :)

vMix should have auto tracking by it self, now you need a camera with built in auto tracking.

All of our PTZOptics cameras come with built in auto-tracking. You can turn on an doff auto-tracking with the IR remote or using the web UI. If you have one of our Gen2 cameras. You can enable auto-tracking only with the the CMP.
